Website was easy to use. I like the fact that there is a 60 day trial for this light since it is pricey. I researched for over a week trying to decide what brand to purchase. This company seemed to always have the better reviews. Also the fact that it is 3rd party tested and made in the USA helped me to decide on this one. The MitoGLOW Redlight Mask - beware!
The MitoGLOW Redlight Mask seems to be a great light treatment for numerous facial problems. I am quite impressed with 3rd party testing results, and found excellent results after a one-time use.
In receiving my new MitoGLOW Mask, I followed set-up directions and began charging the remote control which contains the lithium battery. Instructions do not provide any length of time required for full charge. A white indicator light flashes while charging, turning solid when finished. Upon charging for 6 hours (which is more than adequate for a small 3.7v 5000mah battery), the indicator light continued to flash. I unplugged the charging supply and tried operating the mask. It worked fine for 2 sessions of use. I then called the Mito Red Light LLC's customer service and explained these exact details to the representative. After several minutes of frustrating discussion with a girl that spoke somewhat broken English with a strong accent, she would not, or could not, (not sure of the reason), simply send me a new replacement remote control. She proceeded to set-up authorized return of all equipment under warranty. So, the return is set up now, but I will be punished by not being able to use a new mask for possibly 2-3 weeks because of what appears to be a stupid policy. I am uncertain as to what I will do next, but this is very disappointing to be treated this way. I have contacted Alex Fergus about what happened to see if he can make a call and correct the problem. Alex's review is what sold me on the MitoGLOW Mask. In the interim of waiting and hoping for a quick-fix, I will continue to use my mask as long as the remote will continue to work properly. I will also research other masks available that may be an acceptable replacement for the Mito. If this issue cannot be resolved by proper protocol of sending me a replacement control due to not working properly right out of the box, I will be left with no other choice than to return everything for a full refund.
This is an extremely poor example of how customer service should react to a new purchasing customer for the reasons explained. Mito Red Light sells many other red light products besides the mask.
If you are contemplating the purchase of a good quality mask you may want to consider warranty and customer service as a comprehensive package with regards to what has been stated.

Your MitoGLOW mask is covered under a 1-year warranty, and when a potential defect is reported, our process is to replace the product with a brand new unit once the original item is returned and evaluated. For consumer safety and proper diagnostics, we do not provide individual replacement parts or perform repairs. This ensures that any potential issue is fully resolved and that customers receive a complete new device rather than a partial fix.
As explained during your call with our team, a warranty claim link was provided so the device could be replaced promptly. We also confirmed that the complimentary serum would be sent separately. The only step required to receive a replacement is returning the original device so our technical team can verify the issue and issue a new unit accordingly.
We understand it can be frustrating when a new product does not meet expectations right out of the box. At the same time, our warranty policy is applied consistently to all customers to ensure fairness, safety, and product integrity. We stand behind our products and provide brand new replacements when a verified defect is present.

Shipped right away. Easy to follow directions. Easy for me to move to different location on my door to hit differnt parts of the body. Though it might be difficult for some holding a wire with 25lbs on the end of it and hanging it on the door. I would recommend one of your stands or a full body version. I feel the difference already with increase energy. I like it, living in upstate NY where we dont get alot of sun should be beneficial.

I just received my panel so I won’t be able to review its effectiveness, however the company itself has been incredible to deal with. I had mistakenly used an incorrect shipping address and naturally it was late Friday night after hours. I called and left a message, never expecting a call before Monday but they returned my call on Saturday morning, corrected my shipping address and I received it within a week.

Great panels. Poor stand engineering.
The light panels are great.
But the stand that allows for vertical or horizontal mounting was scratched up.
The stand itself is of cheap quality. I got the 1500x and 750x which should be able to be mounted horizontally, the mounts that attaches to the back of the panels are too short so the whole 1500 + 750 panel droops towards the 1500 side. The way the mounts attach to the back of the 750 prevents the plug from being plugged in. For what was paid for this set up, I’m very disappointed.

First week and already feel the results
So far, I love the MitoQuad belt. The service has been excellent! I have had many years of intense exercise without stretching, resulting in myofascial restrictions. I have only used the belt 3 times, but I already notice a difference. I no longer wake up at night with leg pains. I have also started doing Yin stretches, which might be helping, but I do think much of it is due to the belt. It is comfortable, easy to use and packs away nicely. I am still working on the best way to place it as it is quite big for me. For now, I'm wrapping it around both thighs at the same time and then both calves at the same time. It seems to be working!
