So far so good

So far so good. I’ve been using it regularly each day. I have the 300 MitoPROx. Easy set up and easy to use. Still learning its many features. Looking forward to offering it to clients as well. My sleep is better and less pain so far👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Wonderful product

The Mito site is very easy to navigate which made choosing the right light easy. Shipping was A+, fast and packaged extremely well. I have used it every day since opening. I love it! How good is RLT? It's to be seen

The company goes all out for customer support/service and this is great. However after spending $1300 on a red light/ NIR panel, the efficacy still needs to be seen. It's too early to say, since I have only been using it for less than a week

They honored their #Warranty on my…

They honored their #Warranty on my Mitoredlightpod with no questions and I received a Mitoredlight ADA 4.0 max panel a little disappointed that they had no floor stand available at this time so I will not be able to use it until I get a floor stand. My house is not amenable to the other options to set it up, but they have been friendly explaining it to me and we’re accommodating on what to do while waiting to be able to use my panel

In the meantime, you can absolutely still use the panel without the floor stand. Many customers place the panel on the floor or another flat surface and lean it securely against a wall for sessions. The panel is designed to stand securely when positioned this way. You may also be able to use the over-the-door hook mounting option included with the panel, which allows it to hang easily on a standard door.

If you’d like, our support team would be happy to walk you through a few simple setup options so you can start using your panel right away while waiting for the stand.

The light finally came after being on back order. It was very easy to set in the stand and to operate manually with the panel. I have tried for two days to get it to connect to my blue tooth to no avail. I haven’t had time to call the hep desk but will ask for further assistance as soon as I can. I am

Connecting the panel through Bluetooth is actually very simple and is done directly through the Mito Red Light app rather than your phone’s regular Bluetooth settings. If you haven’t tried yet, here are the quick steps:

1. Download the Mito Red Light App from the App Store or Play Store.
2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for both your phone and the panel.
3. Open the app and go to Settings.
4. Toggle to the PRO X series if you’re using an X series panel (or confirm Adapt series if applicable).
5. On the main screen, choose your session time and press Start.

The connection is handled entirely within the app, so there’s no need to pair the device through your phone’s normal Bluetooth menu.

I had a little trouble getting the…

I had a little trouble getting the process started when calling in. Mito wanted me to send my defective panel back and then was told Mito would send the replacement. I asked to have the panel sent first because I don’t have a box and would then need to go purchase a box and would be up to 2 weeks for the replacement. I asked for the panel to be sent to me first and I would send my panel back with the box that came to me. Mito agreed. This should be the return policy. I asked for it to happen this way because I have an 8 panel setup. It would look odd with 7 panels for 2 weeks while I wait for the new panel and clients wouldn’t feel like they’re getting their money’s worth. Especially for a new person trying this. The agent ended up sending me the new panel first and I in turn sent my panel back in the box provided the same day. Thank you - Brian Balli - President - BioworX Westlake

Mito Red Light XL Panel Review

MitoPRO MEGA X panel

I recently purchased the MitoPRO MEGA X panel full-body panel, and it has quickly become one of my favorite wellness tools at home. I did a lot of research before buying and ultimately chose Mito because of the multiple wavelengths, strong output, and the ability to treat both skin and deeper tissues in one device.

The XL panel uses a blend of red and near-infrared light (including wavelengths around 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm, and 850nm) which target both the surface of the skin and deeper tissues. The red wavelengths help support collagen and skin health, while the near-infrared penetrates deeper for circulation, recovery, and inflammation support.

What I like most:

• Full-body coverage – The XL size is fantastic. It allows me to treat a large area at once, which makes sessions much more efficient than smaller panels.
• Flexible setup – I mounted mine horizontally on a stand so I can lie underneath it, which turns sessions into a relaxing, spa-like experience.
• Excellent app integration – I love the app and how easily it connects to the panel via Bluetooth. It lets you control the panel from your phone and use preset treatment cycles, which makes it very simple to choose the type of session you want without manually adjusting every setting.
• Customizable options – You can run red light, near-infrared, or both together, adjust brightness, and set the timer depending on your goals.
• Quick sessions – I typically do about 10 minutes on the front and 10 minutes on the back, which fits easily into my routine.

Since adding it to my routine, I’ve noticed my skin looking smoother and more refreshed, and it has become a relaxing part of my evening routine.

Overall, the build quality, power, and versatility of the XL panel make it feel much closer to something you’d experience in a professional setting rather than a small handheld device. The addition of the Bluetooth app and preset programs also makes it extremely user-friendly.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a powerful at-home red light therapy system with full-body coverage.

Mito Belt and Face Mask

I had ordered the Mito Belt in mid Dec 2025 and after two weeks the controller stopped working. After a long drawn out process was able to get a replacement. Took 3 weeks from start to finish. I bought the face mask one month ago and the battery pack has failed. Now I have to go through the same return process. So far not a good experience with QC. The units ( when working ) do provide positive results.

I had already purchased a Mito Pro x from MitoRedLight, but gave it to my daughter for her epileptic son. Needed another for us ;)

Only had ours for 2 weeks, so no real results to note, but I will say that the product is robust and works as described.

Light exposure area = area treated

I love the MitoGLOW mask, BUT would make a couple improvements. The product is great and WOULD purchase again, given I feel it’s the best product on the market. It’s improved my skin tone and cleared a seborrheic keratosis with regular use. The black eye piece covers WAY TOO much skin that I desire to be treated. I wish they would develop something similar to the AirPods with the snap on ear pieces allowing for different eye size/distances.
I snapped a picture of myself with the mask on and the black pieces go almost to my hairline, I can see my entire eye and all the surrounding area that I desperately want/need treated with the redlight.
And interestingly enough, the black eye protection piece continues in BEYOND what a photo could see, blocking greater than .25” across the bottom and top of the eye piece and .5” beyond the corner of the eye area. Yikes!
The size that would work best for me is similar to the eye protection provided with the Mito panels that protect my eyes well, but cover less skin surface area. Similar to ones often used in tanning beds (not the provided sunglasses with the panels).
The eye area, glabellar lines, are likely a main reason people are drawn to this type of product. I bet I am not alone in this, but I look at the wrinkles surrounding my eyes and glabellar lines more often than any other part of my face.
It really bothers me, so much that I want to cut the black rubber pieces, but my husband isn’t keen on the idea even though it is too big for him as well.

Please revamp this near perfect product to give this customer what she wants.

Use of membership points is not easy

I want to use my points but there’s nowhere to simply sign in as a member when first entering the website. I have requested somebody phone me over a week ago so I can arrange usage of my points for other purchases but no one has even acknowledged my request.
