Very well organised from the onset and well pleased with accommodation and travel arrangements. Well informed about rugby tournament and when weather played havoc new fixtures were arranged at short notice which was greatly appreciated by our tour party and finished the tour on a high. Very well pleased with mitours and have no bother in recommending them.

Our teams had a fantastic tour all thanks to the hard work of the MiTour team.
Any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and couteously and more impressively, when one festival had to cancelled due to appalling weather the team clearly worked all night to ensure a festival could ahead the next day and what a brilliant day it was!
It was great to have a contact at the accommodation site and huge plus is transport being laid on to venues, again, this ran very smoothly!
All players, parents and coaches from the club couldn’t recommend MiTour highly enough and we’ll certainly be using again!

Decided to use a firm to take the team away this season having in the past arranged tours myself. Our tour was booked through Gareth Williams who was extremely helpful throughout the process, supported also by other Mitour representatives.

We attended the Ghent festival in Belgium, upon our arrival at the tournament we were a little apprehensive as things were still being set up. When the tournament commenced all went well, the group stages went smoothly and we were advised where the play offs were going to be held.

Decided to stay off site and were accommodated in a new Ibis Budget in Ghent, closer to the night live. Excursion arranged for the Sunday morning on our behalf by Mitour.

Mitour understand sport and rugby, I had reservations in relation to our coach travel. I was assured that bus drivers are always familiar with rugby tours. Thanks to Dorian the coach driver and all associated with Mitour the tour was a great success.

Thanks to all at the company for arranging this tour to Ghent . Your services will certainly be utilised again.

Having decided to take 24 , 16 year olds and 22 dads away on Rugby tour we thought it was a good idea to let a professional company arrange it for us , having looked around and had a few initial quotes we went with MiTour.
They took care of everything we needed starting from where to go on tour, the bus company used, the ferry crossing the ideal hotel in a great location in Antwerp. They then arranged the Rugby games at some very welcoming clubs . We wanted to do something a bit different on tour as well and they were only to willing to help sort out a visit to a few war memorials in Belgium, what ever we asked they would try and accommodate us , they were friendly and professional staff and with out there help we would not have had such a great time and hopefully a trip the boys will remember for a long time .

MiTour arranged the trip of a lifetime for my U14 Helston boys Football team. Well organised,
amazing communication, amazing support and even upgraded our accommodation at no extra cost. Totally recommend this company to any sports club looking for that experience of a lifetime!!

I was one of the organisers of my sons rugby tour. We took part in the Sussex rugby challenge in April 2017. Accommodation at Selsey was great and the transport to and from the rugby at Pourtsmouth RFC on both days was also good.
Unfortunately the rugby was a real disappointment. The team only got to play three games on the Saturday and one of these was a 'Barbarians' game which involved our coaches putting together an extra team with some of our players and a few from the other teams. The Sunday was even more disappointing - they ended up playing just the one game. Teams had apparently pulled out or not turned up on the day (one of these was a B side and we were told by the management of that team that they had never entered a B team in the tournament). Unsuitable pitches (some of the pitches had bald areas from use as football pitches) then led to various injuries (ambulances called) and delays which resulted in other teams leaving. We had a potential wait of over two hours until our only other scheduled game and so our coaches took the decision that we should leave rather than risk injuries to our boys. A real pity and so frustrating as the rugby was the reason for the tour! Luckily all other aspects of the tour went well and so the boys had a good weekend despite the disappointing amount of rugby played.

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to the N.Wales festival event Director Gareth Williams for the time and effort you and the entire MiTour team put in at Denbigh RFC. To the girls allocating
accommodation and keeping us right with buses etc, Justin and his team for coordinating the matches brilliantly and to some of the young referees who stepped in at the last minute.There are just too many of you to name individually but you all gave our kids two fantastic days of rugby and an experience that
will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

On behalf of Lurgan Tigers U11s, thanks again Gareth in what I know is a massive task. Two words, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

From the very first enquiry email to the drop off on the home leg, the MiTour group made everything simple.They were always on hand for any questions & provided clear information throughout.Would reccommend MiTours to anyone planning a team trip.Thank you all!!!

Dear Gareth and all the staff at miTours. Just a big thanks from TJs for the
superb tour the weekend. Everything was spot on, from the organisers pitch
side( which was so helpful), the girls in the tent, and the help from you
all that was at hand all week end, it could not be faulted. Our boys are
buzzing after their first tour and looking forward to next year already. The
delay at the end was totally out of your control and I know all teams
understood the difficulty faced but safety of the players is paramount, and
for us anyway it wasn't a problem. Just wondered if you publish the results
for the weekend and how we can get them.

MiTours should be ashamed. Total lack of organisation. Total lack of competent referees. Lots of injurys. Our team only played one game. Never again. You have been warned!!

Mi Tours. I had already checked with the clubs concerned. Thank you. Clearly you are better at sarcasm than organisation. The RFU are going to be informed.

I might just add, I am a level 2 qualified coach, qualified referee and rugby first aided who has been attending and playing at festivals for over 40 years. This was the most disastrous one I have ever attended.

MiTours have reported my review to Trustpilot today, 06/04/17. They are stating that we did not attend Portsmouth and want my review removed. Interesting that after their initial childish and sarcastic comment ( now removed by MiTours) they now want to try to sensor the review. Honest behaviour/ creadble company??

Sorry should also state that we were the last team to leave. We had to leave as all other teams had left and we had no one to play. Far from your comments that had we stayed we would have had games. It's laughable.

From start to finish the tour was superb... exceedingly well run and enjoyable for both the parents and the boys.
From the moment I started dealing with Ricky and Scott at MiTours to organize this years extravaganza, I knew I had come to the right place...rugby tours run by rugby people!!!
The accommodation was great, the tournament was very efficiently run and challenging for the boys.
Without exception, all our parents and the boys agreed it was the best tour we have had so far... I will definately use MiTours next year.

Everything went to plan. The accommodation & holiday camp facilities were spot on. In fact could you please forward me the holiday camp managers details? I’d like to thank him & his catering team on the way they operate.
The referees were great, as was the rugby festival itself. Worthing hosted a great weekend & I’ll be in touch with them about arranging a club fixture next season.
All the boys & dads thoroughly enjoyed their weekend, I will definitely recommend Mi Tour to the other age groups at our club.
