New user to Flexipay had difficulty emailing payslips

New user to Flexipay had difficulty emailing payslips, my call details were recorded very quickly and I was able to see a resolution date.

Contacted the following day to chase, passed to a experienced member of support who after checking our systems was able to help and resolve our issue stayed on the line to ensure the process was working.

Overall, very impressed with the service.

Excellent Customer Service given by the…

Excellent Customer Service given by the Mitrefinch Support Team, whenever I have a query on the TMS. In particular I needed to know how to create a new roster similar to the one we already had and James was at the end of a phone to assist.

TMS is great

TMS is great, does what we wanted and the our implementation was smooth as could be. Getting support coukdnt be easier when you need it, best way is through the website.

Mitrefinch TMS Clocking system

Mitrefinch Team installed complete TMS clocking system in factory. Even though there were a few small teething issues, the installation, training and support going live was great and every issue / question was always resolved in a timely manner.
