Over the course of the project with…

Over the course of the project with MitreFinch they have delivered a consistent and high-quality service. From the initial Sales discussions through to the physical installation and commissioning the MitreFinch team have communicated effectively and in a timely manner.
Projects such as our never go to plan and when we had to redefine the scope and technical specification the MitreFinch team stepped up and supported 100%. The consultant supporting us had a wealth of knowledge and was invaluable in giving real-world examples to help with our development process.
I would not hesitate to recommend MitreFinch.

Mitrefinch Fan

First experience of Mitrefinch was as a new employee hired in the accounts department of a creamery 11 years ago - worked on the project implementation team and used extensively for over 4 years.

So confident in the system was I, that I championed its installation at my current employment and have recently experienced another seamless installation - now looking forward to utilising the system to full effect

The specialists on support desk at…

The specialists on the support desk at MitreFinch were able to assist with my query remotely with just a quick email response detailing the action I needed to take to resolve the problem. Very efficient and timely response.

Time Drift

We have a minor issue with 2 terminals time drifting out of sync. Reported by ticket in the morning and call later that afternoon. The operator was quick and efficient in resolving the issue.

Support team worked with me patiently…

Support team worked with me patiently to resolve my issue. Better phoning in and talking to them as wasn't getting very far with emails going back & forth.
However, lots of methods were then attempted to resolve my issue and the support person, Paul, was very patient.

Excellent Service

The staff at Mitrefinch always respond quickly and are very helpful. No question is too much trouble and they are always happy to talk you through anything step-by-step. It's reassuring to know that they are always on hand when we have an issue or I'm unsure on how to do anything.

Mitrefinch's Time Management System…

Mitrefinch's Time Management System (TMS) or clocking-in system in oldspeak, does exactly what we need it to do and moreover comes supported by a proficient and courteous helpline (which I used today - issue instantly solved) as well as on-line help.

Quick, accurate implementation!

We chose Mitrefinch on the promise of a speedy implementation having being let down by another provider who shall not be named.

I'm happy to report that we went live on time and to budget - paying our staff accurately using the Payroll module without a hitch. Having moved into support we find the team both knowledgeable and responsive.

Highly recommended and we are pleased we made the right choice.

Mitrefinch payroll

Whenever I have a problem using the payroll system or have a new payment to set up, the Mitrefinch support team are very efficient in sending a reply and easy to follow instructions, with screen shots, on how to do it.
The online process to create a 'ticket' for a query seems to work much better than waiting for an advisor to call you back.
Often, with payroll, a response is needed pretty urgently, especially if a payday deadline is looming. Mitrefinch seem to understand this and respond quickly.

Mitrefinch Support Desk

David Hunter the support analyst was able to step me through every part of my problem and we were able to correct the issue in the configuration file. in short the technicians i found to be very helpful and knowledgeable.Thanks for a good outcome.
