Really easy to use website especially for someone who knows nothing about design specifics I simply drag and dropped my images onto the template and I’m very pleased with my magazine!

Wonderful printing as always. The courier wasn't quite so good, but Mixam organised a prompt reprint to replace the damaged copies. Very happy - will definitely be back!

recently used Mixam to print my book and I’m extremely impressed with the whole experience. The quality of the finished book exceeded my expectations, especially considering the competitive pricing.

What really stood out was the customer service. As a first-time author navigating the printing process, I had a number of questions about preparing my book files and choosing the right options. The team were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through each step and making the process feel straightforward and stress-free.

I was keen to able to upload my book design and have the flexibility to make changes online. Plus, I wanted to be able to try a Smyth-sewn binding. Mixam offered this option, along with helpful customer-support which was appreciated. The finished product was very good; I would certainly use them again.

Great quality prints!

As a first time customer I did find it slightly confusing to use at times. But when I called their help line they were very helpful and explained why X wasn’t working. The website also has a very useful AI chat bot which answers questions tailored to the company. Saved me a lot of time - it answered every question I had.

I like this company, a lot. UK based, once I'd got my head around 'the process' it worked really well.

I've had several test orders through for low count runs and they are very consistent.
Support is great and prices are very keen, although a lack of shipping options (like less expensive ones) would be great. I lost an order from Canada as the shipping was three times the book cost. Local shipping is keen though.

Very good quality when they arrived. Extremely clear process in the quotes stage so it was easy to change the options, numbers etc and have a clear price.

Service was nice and quick so no complaints there, they kept me up to date on all the steps in the process. However, there were some small nicks on the edges of the books, not sure whether this was a transit issue or a printing issue, never the less the products were very high quality.

Great Quality, delivery service

I like Mixam - the chat bot is a waste of time as you always end up needing to speak to a human. There is a problem with the user interface and I always need help doing the cover even when I use the template. The printing is great but often the books arrive dented as they are not packaged very well.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience truly stood out.

I first contacted the Mixam.de team, where I was connected with their key account manager Kai, who guided me through the entire process from the very beginning. He explained that his colleagues at Mixam.co.uk would be able to produce this specific type of photo book and ship it to Croatia, and it was genuinely impressive to see how smoothly the teams coordinated internally in order to achieve the best possible final product.

We were creating photo books for kindergarten children, so naturally the project was emotionally important and took us almost two months to organize while gathering materials, impressions, and final details.

Throughout the entire process, Kai was incredibly attentive, detailed, patient, and professional. He followed up consistently, answered every question thoroughly, and made what could have easily become an overwhelming process feel very smooth and manageable.

The website itself is also extremely well done — especially the preview system, which lets you clearly see how your files and layouts will look before production. When you are ordering something physical and meaningful remotely, that level of transparency and control really matters.

The production was impressively fast and very accurate. Honestly, it’s rare today to experience customer support and key account management at this level. You always felt involved and informed without ever feeling pressured or overwhelmed.

The final quality was excellent, and the pricing was also very-very fair for the level of service and product received.

I would highly recommend them both to people who need guidance throughout the process and to those who already know what they are doing but want the reassurance that everything will be handled properly and delivered beautifully in physical form.

Ordered two copies of my book for personal use (sharing with beta readers and friends).

The copy is beautifully laid out and the colour of the cover turned out better than expected. Would highly recommend!

Delivery took two weeks to arrive which was expected, they kept me in the loop with active updates.
