WARNING - AVOID!
Bought a catastrophic trip to Alanya. Arriving in Alanya the transport to the hotel left without me as I was waiting for my luggage. I got a room which was at first floor right next to the loudspeakers of the neighboring hotel from were thery blasted housemusic so loud that the base made my whole room tremble until 2 o clock at night. Impossible to rest or sleep.
The breakfast which was included was almost finished when I arrived at ten o clock, only crumbles that had a bad taste left. The beach at the hotel was like a swamp with quich-sand. Impossible to walk at the beach. The manager of the hotel was rude and not helpful. One of my suitcases arrived first after a week.
This was by far the worst vacation I ever have had. Got no refound.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The location was also perfect — close to the beach. One downside was that the music by the pool was a bit too loud at times

My family booked a trip with Mixx Travel (Swedish website) and stayed in a hotel in Antalya. At 6am on 2 November, Mixx Travel sent a small bus to pick us up and take us to the airport (we were the only passengers on the bus). I packed my headphones and winter jacket into my hand luggage (a small black suitcase). We gave our luggage to the driver, including my hand luggage. The driver took the luggage and put it in the back of the bus and stayed there for a while. When we arrived at the airport we went to the departure gate. At the departure gate I noticed that my headphones and jacket were missing. The only time the luggage was not with us was when it was with the driver.
I immediately called the Mixx Travel service number and spoke to a lady about my case. She said she would contact the driver and get back to me. When she called back and told me that there was nothing in the bus.
I explained that the only time my luggage was not with me was when the driver took it and the driver stayed at the back of the bus for a while while we were sitting on the bus waiting for him. She was very angry with me and said: "It could be you through the things in the water..." and "I can guarantee 100% that it was not our driver...". "The driver was smoking in the back of the bus. ". I don't understand why she was so angry and how she could grantee for another person.
My belongings were lost during the transport arranged by Mixx Travel. And their employee who answered the phone treated me with a very bad attitude. She is more defending someone than providing support services.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this site. We went with an all-inclusive package in Turkey since we had done this before (and since) and it was great. This time we booked Cristal Prestige and it is a disgusting hotel with inedible food and one year later we are still awaiting the company to give us any reasonable refund.
We contacted the rep in country and the desk in Sweden, and we were only offered a change of room.
Other companies have far better customer service!
Also, ARN wasn't as helpful as we expected, first claim denied due to too much evidence, second to too little. Having to go to court to get your money back is ridiculous. Save yourself all the hassle and go with a reputable company.

When we arrived at the Amphitryon boutique hotel (Rhodes) around two in the morning, we were told that the hotel was full and that there was no room for us. We were sent to a substitute hotel for the first night. We waited more than half an hour for the taxi ordered by the hotel. And I remind you, in the middle of the night, after a long flight. At the hotel reception, the person said that the overbooking was the travel agency's fault. Of course it could be, I don't know.
The hotel was ok, but not a four star hotel we expected. It was rather two or max. three star hotel. Basic rooms without anything fancy. The breakfast was also ok. One thing that must be said, during our week's vacation, the hotel had power cuts several times. Actually, I think it was five or six times, and most of the times it lasted for several hours. So we paid for a room with air conditioning, which didn't work for hours on many days. Sometimes we had to leave the hotel involuntarily because it got too hot in the room. And unfortunately, the hotel was inhabited by a bunch of jerks. Sometimes at 4 or 4:30 in the morning they would come from the bar screaming and kick our door few times and run away down the hall. It was not fun to wake up to this.
Otherwise the trip with MixxTravell went really well, even though we hadn't even heard of it before. We would use this travel agency again. But I recommend to google the hotel reviews separately in advance before booking the trip.

We stayed at Kleooatra Micador hotel in Alanya. The hotel is very central so it was walking distance into the city center and to the beach. Personal at the hotel were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were ok. The food on the other hand was not very good. We got the same menu nearly every second day and the breakfast was not good. The check in to and from Alanya was no problem. We used the online check-in so it was very convenient. Our transfers to and from the airport were excellent and The transport was on time. To end this I will say that if we travel to Alanya again we will choose another hotel and hopefully one that is more international.

We were positively surprised how much we got with the little price we payed. Our whole family truly enjoyed the trip. This was our first time using Mixxtravel but it surely won’t be the last.
We stayed at Utopia family resort in Turkey and I gave the experience 4/5 stars in Google. Here’s the review.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The selection of food is great, even our picky kids founds things to eat on every meal. As a vegetarian I found suitable options as well.
During the evening parties the music is extremely loud and you definately can hear it in to your room if you booked a seaside view. But the most conserning point about is the loudness during kids parties. The music blasted over 100 db (measured with Apple watch). Our smallest child held on to his ears during every show. Sure we understand that the whole areas hotels keep it loud during parties and you have to ”compete” with it but still those volumes are too much especially for children.
Nevertheless we had on wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff tried their hardest to serve us with little english skills. Level of cleanliness was ok. All and all we got more than we could have expected with the little price we payed.
Also! We got to see the balloon and bubble show with our kids. The level of the shows we’re surprisingly high. Especially the bubble show was incredible for the whole family.

I sent an email to complain about our terrible experience with our Turkey vacation about 3 months ago and I received a response full of excuses and illogical with 400 DKK discount code!that I want to include it here:

I need to clarify again what were our dissatisfaction and complaints:
The hotel did not give us a room on the 4th floor on arrival, they gave us a room in the same wing on the ground floor! Our guide has been informed about the issue! The receptionists were lying about the availability and even the usability of the rooms by my consistency, I was able to get the room on the 4th floor in the afternoon of the 2nd day of our trip.
About my husband's sickness, we needed quick action as my husband's health situation was terrible, so the in-house doctor called the ambulance and we were transported to the hospital, of course, we contacted the insurance immediately and the reason was not virus or dehydration. I wish you would read my email thoroughly as I mentioned the medical report showed that it was poisoning, and during that period we were at the hotel! Our guide has been informed about the issue!
About the Pamukkale tour, the issue was not the breakfast or a bus that collected everyone from different locations! please read carefully, the issue was the terrible quality of the restaurant as I attached the pictures in my previous mail, there are flies everywhere on the food and the terrible hygiene condition of the restaurant (Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner), the lack of information about the tour program from your side! and taking us to the different showrooms to market their local product without getting our consent. It was not included in the tour
program that we signed!!!!! I'm asking you, is not it illegal? Our guide has been informed about the issue!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with this travel company!!!
we booked a week to Alanya with half board and on arrival we were informed that lunch or dinner was included.
and we chose to eat lunch at the hotel, after the first lunch we asked one of the staff at the reception if it is ok to do as we did?
and the answer we got was that a meal in addition to breakfast was included!
but at check-out we still had to pay for the meals we ate there, i.e. one lunch a day.
when we then contacted the Mixx travel staff on site, she promised "Annika" to check and get back as soon as possible.
but to this day several days later have not heard a single word?
So this ended up with us having to pay double for food that was supposed to be included!
One morning at the breakfast counter we see several cockroaches moving among vegetables and we tried to get the chef behind the counter to do something about it but at first he didn't even want to check it and finally when he went over and saw the cockroaches he snapped those with his hands and then he continued cooking without even washing his hands? :(

We booked a last minute trip to Krini Beach Hotel on Crete. The hotel and the staff were super nice, but the quality was not 4 stars, as advertised. It would be nice if MixxTravel took into account the reviews of the hotel as well. There was a disclaimer that the internet was slow, but the actual situation was shocking.
Overall, I would use MixxTravel again to book another trip, but I'll probably choose another hotel.

Food was not on the level that I expected.
Drinks on All inclusive package was depending on the location of the bar. Bar on the beach had a minimum offering of drinks and the bar on the upper poolside had a larger variety. same with the offered food in the bars.
Transportation from the Sea view hotel (close to beach) to main hotel was not working well.

Rooms balkon doors not closing or closing hardly. After rooms service you can feel sand on the floor. Cocktails nothing special… food everyday same options breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For example there are no bacon and beans with the egg, only egg some kind of their sausage. Hitel was utopia beach club.

After another site screwed me and 2 friends over 24 hours before departure, we contacted mixx travel. In just 24 hours they found flight and hotel so we could still go on a vacation to Alanya. They even made it 5% cheaper that the original vacation we booked through travellink.
The guides we meet in Antalaya airport was so sweet and very helpfull. The guide taking us home from Alanya to Antalaya airport again was very sweet. Complimets to Anna. In total very great service and help.
The only reason why its only 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of 3 things:
1. The only time we ever heard anything from mixxtravel guides on our trip was the morning we were supposed to travel home.
2. The bus driver taking us to our hotel was not very good at all. I actually feared for my life at 02 in the night going from Antalaya to Alanya. Driving 110 km/t on a 60 km/t road, while talking on the phone is not safe at all. We were the only bus who did not get a guide in our bus, so maybe this would have helped on the reckless driving.
3. The hotel we got had a lot of troubles and we ended up using from 4:30 - 6:30 in the morning just to get a room that should have been ready already. It was either not cleaned, the toilet smelled like sewers or the bathroom missed something of the shower. (not close to 4 star hotel)
But this is not the fault of Mixx travel which is why u still get 4 stars.
but everything else was very good :)
