Disappointing Tranfers & Travel Guide Service
We prepaid for return transfers to Antalya airport. On the way home, the transfer bus dropped us off at Terminal 1 but our flight was from terminal 2. We all had to pay for a taxi to take us to from terminal 1 to terminal 2. When we called Mix travel to complain, they say to email them and they will respond in 10 weeks. That is ridiculous.

Our guide was supposed to be available at our hotel from 9.30am. The first day she arrived late at about 10.15am. The next day, same thing happened. When I went to have breakfast at 9.50am, our guide was having breakfast and scrolling on her phone. We are on holiday and our time is valuable, she said she was planning to go to the reception foyer sometime after 10am. Mixxtravel had specifically said she will be there from 9.30am. It was very disappointing as we made the effort to get up early to meet with her to get information.
This impacted negatively on our trip.

Everything was OK. The hotel we booked was not exatlly what we expected. You need to know Russian or Turkish language to live there.
But booking with Mixx travel was no problem.

Very happy with the services and packages. I want to take one star due to poor experience on website. It is not easy to find a hotel available for a family of four, and once you make a booking, and secondly you can't make changes to the booking.
I will be very happy to recommend Mixx travel to my friends and family.

We found an excellent offer for a week's vacation in Turkey, the purchase was smooth. We received enough information well in advance and updates prior to and during the trip itself. No issue whatsoever during the trip. Very accommodating staff during hotel transfers.

Many extra offers throughout the trip (we did not purchase any add-ons via the company but it´s still nice to know that there is the option for those who don´t want to schedule anything on their own and prefer to just pick and pay for any experience).

Overall, can highly recommend!

We just came back from this resort yesterday and would not recommend to anyone. This is not a 5 star resort. Staff is rude and not friendly. You have to pay for WiFi. Rooms are dirty and not cleaned properly. Air conditioning turned off during the day to save the electricity. You do not even get provided with body wash or shampoo even asking at reception several times.The bathrooms and some areas in the hotel smell of raw sewage. Every other person we spoke with had issues. Beds and lights were broken too. Not much variety of food. Drinks are no good either and they are always short of ice and mint. You are stuck in the hotel as it is far away from anything. The pool is overcrowded and not enough space for everyone. Would not recommend to anyone.

Mixx Travel is a very good agency and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to book for a vacation.They answer the calls and the emails promptly.They are so organized and they are always updating the customer on the vacation itinerary.

It was very pleasant holiday very very warm weather, the hotel food is a 4 star, the staff are so kind and always smiling happy to serve, the reception are very helpfull, as the whole very good hotel. This is my first time to travel with Mixxtravel and I can recommend them. The only dissapointing part was the Pamukale tour, we spent 6 hours picking up people and 6 hours dropping each people on the way home to hotel. And we have had only 2 hours and half at Pamukale. The guide was an old lady, lausy and boring guide. Or else some other Tour prepared by Mixxtravel was ok. I van higly recommend Mixxtravel and me myself want to try again Mixxtravel in the future. Thank you for the wonderfull journey Mixxtravel.

In general we had a very nice vacation experience. Mixx Travel agency did a good job.

Some more in depth information:

I found Mixx Travel agency via Google search, 10 days before the trip, and noticed they have an interesting offers on the website. In general the offers for Turkey were less expensive in comparison to some other well-known touristic agencies. It was also possible to book 8, 9, 10, 11, … days of stay, depending on a hotel, which was convenient for us.

Since nobody from my friends and colleagues knew anything about the agency, I researched them on the internet and I got the following impression:
The agency looks credible. It is a small agency (by the number of people). They arrange hotels in specific area of Turkey (like Antalya/Alanya), use a local Turkish airline (in our case Pegasus), and use local Turkish transportation company to the hotel/airport. But if something goes wrong on the trip (while in Turkey), probably I would have to rely more on myself to find the solution than on the agency (there is an example below).

I do not see this as a significant thing but it is an example of what I wrote above. While being transported from the hotel to the airport via minibus with other tourists, we did not close the bottle of water tight, so when we arrived to the airport, the seat from my wife was wet. I stayed alone with the driver, who was constantly saying “problem, problem, …, other tourists sit, ...”. So it was clear that he wants to get some money, but does not say so. After I gave him some smaller amount, he calmed himself down and helped me with the bags. Let’s say it was a tip :)

Also, 4 days before the trip, I called the agency. After 2 minutes waiting in line, I got answers on all of my questions on English, which reassured me that everything was well.

To conclude the review, this was a positive experience for us, and with a knowledge I have today I would use Mixx Travel for my next trip to Turkey, and I would recommend the agency to my friends and colleagues.

My wife went to your office today 08.55 to buy a vacation to turkey. The door was open and she went inside, she was then asked to leave the office by a rude lady. You just lost a costumer. Happy thay we didnt buy our vacation from you.

I travel often with Mixx Travel. Never any problem.
When COVID came I got my cash back from a trip that was cancelled (UD) and I didn’t have to wait a long time for the cash.
I was offered to rebook but I could not do so as I am in the risk group.

I wish the staff at Mixx great success when the the COVID is over.

We were supose to travel, just when everything opened up after corona. But mixx travel decided to give us the money back for our booking. We got All the money the Day after we were supose to go on our vacation

We are very disappointed with the services provided by mixx travel. We had a plane at 6am. It takes 2 hours from the hotel to the airport. Unfortunately mixx travel does not send information about the hours to the hotel and you have to contact them directly and the office closes at 4pm !!!! We were forced to pay 60 euros for a private transfer because of the 2 small children we didn't feel like sitting at the reception and waiting for the bus which we didn't know when it would arrive. At the airport it turned out that the tourist company mixx travel did not add the youngest child to our ticket and we had to wait again ... A lot of oversights and no contact!!!!

God value for money og fin service, vi var meget tilfredse :-)

Bad service. Had a trip to Alanya with this company. Everything was bad. The all inclusive is just. A joke. That is not a full service.
