Car sales done correctly.
From first contact right through to driving out with our new car, Simon from MJA looked after us very well. It seems that this is a company that does everything exactly as a reputable car sales firm should. We were happy with the price of the new car, and got a fair offer for our trade-in. I would recommend MJA without hesitation.

Excellent service throughout the deal. From the first call to the collection day our experience was first class. The best deal for a golf GTI anywhere in the country (I travelled over a hundred miles to collect it). Thank you so much for our fantastic car and to Simon for making the purchase so easy and enjoyable.

Well what can I say. I’m not happy I’m extremely happy. I saw the car online and it was exactly what I was looking for. And here is exactly why my next car will come from Mja. Because as soon as I got there I did not have a salesman jumping on trying to sell. I dealt with a really nice guy. He took his time the explain exactly how my purchase of this car would happen.He did not rush me. Thank you Iain I will definitely be buying from you and the team again.

I purchased my car from MJAs November 2016 I had one problem with my tyres took it back and it was fixed within the week , I had great service with mjas and I will be sure to use them again!! I still have the car I purchased and have no had any issues since!!

Professional service, great price and easy transaction.
After a bad experience with the ford dealer I contacted MJA to test drive a car. They moved the car from their other site ready for me to test drive the following day. The car was priced below market average and was in immaculate condition. Serviced and valeted ready for collection on the date I selected. I can’t fault their service. Highly recommended.

Please do not buy a car from this dodgy company. We purchased a Bmw 1 Series for £13400 and had to take it back after 2 months as the front footwells were getting wet, Mja said they had replaced the seals but less than a year later the leaks are back. Contacted Mja and they are refusing to help.Absolutely no customer care once they have your money.
Please read other negative reviews on here and save yourself a very very bad experience

Dear Mr Wallace,
You asked us to cure water entry into the foot well of your BMW in November 2016. We cured this for you by fitting new BMW door seals free of charge, even though the problem was not covered by BMW or your Car Care warranty. This work was completed on 30th November 2016.
You reported the leak had returned on January 1st 2018.
We considered this unlikely and offered to contribute towards the costs if this leak was caused by a failure of the new seals or our workmanship when fitting them.
Despite various requests from ourselves and our professional advisers since January you have never informed us to what work you have had carried out. I think it is reasonable to assume the 2nd leak was not connected to the new seals or our workmanship.
I can understand and sympathize with your anger at the time but I do not believe you can reasonably hold us responsible if our work is not at fault.
We are an established business with high standards and a good reputation and treat all our customers fairly and with respect.

A very disappointing experience.
It has taken me nearly a year to post this review as i was hoping i would forget the experience. I haven't! To cut a long story short; i agreed a price for a car, shook hands and paid in full. The following morning i was asked for another £150 or my deposit would be returned - even though i had paid in full. I asked the salesman to email an explanation which he did. In this he asked for £100 extra and the reason was that they weren't making enough money from the transaction! I paid the money and got the car. I complained and my £100 was returned. All very unnecessary and it spoilt an otherwise good experience with the original salesmen.

I am sorry to see your review 12 Months after your purchase and would like to make our position clear
As you will recall you visited my showroom on my day off and negotiated with a salesman who had only been with us a few weeks. After some tough negotiations he agreed to write up your offer but it was subject to my approval when I returned the following day.
On my return the next day I immediately called you to explain the deal was unacceptable as our policy, like most supermarkets, is no discount. I offered as much discount as I could which was £100 short (not £150 as you stated) of the original deal as a gesture of goodwill. I also offered to return all of the money you had paid so you were under no obligation to continue with the purchase.
You decided at the time that the new figures were acceptable and agreed to continue with the purchase for which I thank you.
I am sorry that the first set of figures you negotiated with my Salesman were not acceptable to us and can see why this would be something you would be disappointed with.
MJA are a long established reputable business with high standards and work hard to ensure we have happy Customers. This is why, after I had spoken to the Directors I was able to give you back the £100 to honour the original figures.
