I needed a relatively small job completing on my bath. Matt communication was excellent. He turned up on time was friendly and efficient. The quote was reasonable, and he did a great job. I have tried a few other local plumbers but M J Burrells was the only one to deliver. Very happy, and I will be recommending and using them from now on.

We are a school in Bedford and recently experienced a plumbing emergency, MJ Burrells were with us within 15 minutes and fixed the problem pronto, something a plumber had been out a week before and couldn't solve!
Great service, friendly lads, couldn't be more impressed with the company.

Had a Gas Boiler Problem and Matt Burrell was with us every step of the way. He checked everything, gave advice and contacted the Boiler Maker under warranty. So helpful and kind in ensuring we had heat and hot water. He kept in touch throughout. Even after the Boiler maker came Matt kept in touch to make sure we were ok. Really good, quick & honest service

Matt has serviced our gas appliances for a number of years, and can be relied upon to do a good job. His latest visit was to give our Atag boiler its annual service. Another good job.

Matt has got us out of several emergency plumbing situations in the past couple of years and it's always a relief to know that he is there. His latest work for us was the installation of a new gas boiler and, again, Matt pulled out all the stops to ensure that the installation was efficiently carried out despite him being let down by the suppliers of parts.

Matt came and upgraded our old boiler to a new combi system. The guys did an amazing job not only were they polite, they left the place spotless after completion. Will definitely be booking him in again for our bathroom renovation. Highly recommended.

M J was the one plumber who responded to our call to come to our workshop to have a look at our issue. He was responsive, provided regular updates. Had one look at the issue and sorted it out in a couple of o minutes. I would definitely recommend his services!

Matt serviced our boiler and fixed a defect recently. He did a great and thorough job to resolve the issue and sourced the part quickly, returning to fix and test within 48 hrs. We're hoping Matt will be able to help us out with our bathroom renovations soon as well, and would recommend to anyone.
