This is the first time we have used M J Burrells, the main task was to remove, clean up, refit the existing shower cubicle and then to re-grout both inside the shower and also the floor outside. We were looking for a fresher feel to our existing ensuite and this is exactly what Matt and Barry delivered and we are very pleased with the result. They provided a very professional, courteous and friendly service. Will definitely give them a call again.

I contacted Matt about renovating an ensuite shower room after reading his company's excellent reviews here on Trustpilot. I was very impressed from our initial meeting. He fitted the job in much sooner than I expected and carried out the work in a very tidy and organised fashion. I had given him a broad brush description of what I wanted and with a minimum of queries, he delivered the shower room exactly as I had hoped. He and his colleague were both very pleasant to deal with and I felt quite comfortable leaving them to get on with the work while I was out of the house. The work was finished on schedule and they left the room and stairs they had been using, spotless. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Matt did a great job resolving the leak from my bath shower at a good price. He is very professional and friendly. Great communicator and prompt responses. I will definitely use him again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Great service. Matt and his colleague attended at short notice and quickly resolved a minor domestic crisis involving a leaking toilet dripping into the dining room underneath. Much appreciated.

Matt came highly recommended & I can see why. He did a great job refitting my father-in-laws cloakroom in a house we are updating to put on the market. The quality of work was outstanding. Would like to thank Matt for. His excellent work in replacing a 35 year old Gas Boiler for us. Because modern Boilers are so different Matt was so patient in explaining our options. I had a small leak from the toilet in my bathroom which I needed to get fixed. I was recommended to M J Burrells via someone and I can see why. Matt arrived the following day and soon fount the problem and replaced it very quickly. Like most people I've had bad experiences with tradesmen in the past so was a little anxious when booking Matt however I had nothing to worry about. I have used M J Burrells several times before (including installation of a new boiler and a new bathroom) and they never fail to do a brilliant job. This time I needed a visit to sort out a leak. Great communication and prompt response. Matt identified the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. As always totally professional - I have complete confidence in his work. We have used MJ Burrells on a number of occasions and have always found them to be professional, knowledgeable, prompt and reasonably priced. They take the time to explain what's wrong and discuss problems. Having had bad experiences with other plumbers, we now always go back to Matt at MJ Burrells, both to service our boiler but also for larger plumbing / bathroom fitting jobs.
