Looked after our daughter brilliantly…

Looked after our daughter brilliantly after she write her car off. We live 200 miles away so couldn’t join her when she had to buy a replacement car but after speaking to the dealer we were reassured that she would be looked after professionally & she was. Thankyou

We were recommended

We were recommended to come here by a friend who has bought from them. Glad we did, level of service & attention was brilliant especially compared to some of the other places we went to & the car we bought is a beauty.

Couldn’t fault the place

Couldn’t fault the place. Cars are spot on & priced right & they managed to turn ours around at very short notice as we were desperate having had ours wrote off. Great service

Professional

As a key worker it’s important during the lockdown that I can get to work in A & E & having had my car written off last week it put me in a right pickle as all the garages & showrooms I tried were either shut or didn’t bother to get back to me at all & the courtesy car was set to go back within 48 hours of the insurance company paying me out. MJS was the only garage I felt comfortable with & they got the car ready for me within 24 hours & delivered it to my house. Really professional & bent over backwards to make sure I wouldn’t be without a car which is much appreciated

Very pleased with the garage

We visited here along with quite a few garages having wrote our car off at the weekend and we are desperate to get a car quickly due to work & school commitments & with the Covid 19 issue we are conscious that time is of the essence due to possible self isolation. We were greeted by a friendly smile & pleasant welcome and explained our situation. We were shown several cars that were in our budget & decided to go ahead with one of them. Less than 1 hour later the car had been serviced & checked & we were on our way which is excellent service as the other car garages we went to were talking a minimum 4-5 day turnaround. This garage was the only garage too that offered us some hand sanitizer when we arrived which was a big point for us as the other places seemed not to bothered by the matter. Overall a swift & professional transaction that we were grateful for.
