Due to my industry finding the right insurance is very difficult. I made an initial enquiry to MMI4u any my account handler Luke made it easy from start to finish. He was really patient, answered all my questions and made me feel confident that I finally had the right cover for my business. Thank you Luke! QUick and efficient, Luke was a pleasure to work with.

I contacted MMI today as I needed to make some changes to my policy. I spoke with Nick Luke and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better response. Nick listened to me, took some details, advised he was going to email me and I needed to respond to confirm the changes required for him to then action. He did everything he said promptly, and within approximately half an hour everything was done and confirmed. Fantastic service, and a huge thanks to Nick.

We had a policy for our business with this company and all seemed to be fine. A few days before Christmas, Bradley who works for their team called me out of the blue, was rude and told me they were cancelling the policy due to recurrent payment issues and that the direct debit provider would not fund the renewal.

I spoke to the direct debit provider (who are the actual insurance provider) and they offered me a better rate than MMI4U. I then out of the blue received an email again from Bradley in the middle of Jan to say the policy had still not been cancelled.

It appears that MMI4U don't like customers that don't bring £££ in and they have a habit of using these excuses with their customers not to renew. I would avoid them unless you want a headache, disappointment and poor customer service

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Luke Allum . Everything was explained clearly and handled efficiently, and I really appreciated the reassurance and support throughout the process. The confirmation from the underwriters regarding direct access work without an additional premium was dealt with promptly and professionally. Excellent communication and a very smooth experience overall. Highly recommend.

Luke Allum has been incredibly helpful with all my queries. He remained persistent and patient in trying to contact me to discuss the quotation I requested for indemnity cover. I missed several of his calls, but he never gave up and continued to follow up until we were finally able to speak and settle everything. I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding support.

Luke did a fantastic, professional job and speedy job, as I needed the policy within 24 hrs as I was starting work on a fast ball. I used the company for two years but had a brea and it was a no brainer to use them again.

Luke was very helpful. I was able to send him a document from my employment (urgent care) with all of my work duties, he was then able to ensure my policy covered everything I do. Therefore, I wasn’t left wondering if I had missed anything out. I feel appropriately covered with my policy, fantastic service, would highly recommend.
