Amazing car and garage!

I like how simple mobile.de application is and has necessary functions available. Best is chat function for quick converzation.

Mobile.de worked well for finding and comparing used cars in Germany. Several dealers responded promptly to queries. On the other side: The dealer rating system in mobile.de does not seem to work properly: you can only do a rating if the dealer sends you a link. This means that the customers doing the ratings are pre-selected - risk is that only the happy cases even get the link to do a review.

I trust mobile.de, the largest market place for cars in Germany and whole Europe. My experience took a long time. I purchased the car, signed the contract sent the money, but till now the money didn't reflect in the company bank account!!!!!????, too many vacation days in the last week in your country..... Still waiting till next monday for the company stern center Regensburg GmbH & CO. KG to reply on may email about the money if arrived or not to their account?!

Mostly good, but can be more better if gallery be more suitable. And web site show history for car and offer. When offer was showing, when owner something changes.

Autohandel Robert Berkemeyer GmbH

I purchased a van from this seller (Robert) on February 14th.

Although Robert didn't agree to me paying using mobile.de's Safe Pay option, I decided to go ahead anyway due to the excellent reviews Robert has on the site, and he gave me his word that the only problem the van had was the fact that it only had one key.

At first everything went well, Robert was very friendly and even picked me up at the station near his workshop. After starting to drive back with the van, problems started to happen. To my surprise, no basic maintenance has been done on the van, such as oils or filters and I get a first warning on the dashboard. It was a mistake on my part to assume this would be done, but I later found out the van was running with oil below the limit.

More serious were the next warnings of "Check Injection" and "Check Anti-Pollution System", and feeling the van lose power and sometimes with hiccups. In short, the turbo had to be repaired because it was leaking oil into the intercooler and the pipe had to be replaced. With maintenance, around 1100 euros of loss.

One of two things, either the errors were omitted by disconnecting the battery before I picked up the van, or it was not properly checked. Anyway, Robert's responsibility when he assumes the van had no such problems.
Initially Robert was receptive to resolving this situation by fully or partially assuming these costs, but after a few days, while waiting for the repairs to be completed, Robert stopped responding completely.

It seems that Robert blocks the buyers on mobile.de before they have a change to leave the bad reviews. That explains all the good reviews.

Mobile.de didn't offer me a change to leave this review on site.

A disappointment.

This is a great platform, but wish it will be multi language.

It was a verry good experience, i speck with Shabib 3 days ago on the phone about an audi a3 2021, i take the plane from italy, he taked me from the airport, the car was exactly the same, i buyed the car, he speck for me for zoll numbers, and i taked the car back to italy in the same day at 2pm!
