Rude people who lied to get extra money out of me. I challenged them and they immediately stopped the phone repair and apparently reversed the work they had allegedly done. I was lucky to get my device back, if the comments of others are anything to go by.
Avoid like the plague!

By far the worst company i have ever had to deal with. I hadn't read any reviews prior to sending in my monitor for repair. After waiting 3 weeks for a response they say they cannot repair it. Now i am struggling to even get it back. They wanted to charge me extra ridiculous prices. its been over 2 months and i'm still waiting even though they as said it will be sent back.

I will post more later but this company have stolen my laptop that was only a year old just past it's guarantee. They were holding onto it because I needed explanations about the work they said they did. No answers were forthcoming. They would not release it until I made a payment and I would not pay until they gave me an explanation. When I tried to come to a conclusion to get it back I paid £99 under duress and now they tell me that they no longer have it and it has been recycled as per their terms and conditions !! I will be reporting this to police as soon as I have a moment! Beware stay away from this company also known as Elite .... more to come

They have had our Kindle since July. We keep being told parts are coming and all will be resolved in a weeks or so, and yet there is never any follow up unless we enquire again (only to be given the same story). Very likely we will end up needing to report kindle as stolen.

I only used Elite Phones & Computers as they promised 24hr service

It took approx 8 weeks
They charged me more than original quote
the device came back with a new hardware problems that they refused to fix/acknowledge as being caused by them
The tablet died a week later (probable overheating)
Communication was slow and infrequent
Request for test reports was not forthcoming

Be careful with using your cc with them as they are not trustworthy

Operate as Elite Phones and Computers

This Company have a string of poor reviews on another review website and for good reason. I sent a smartphone in for repair, and despite saying they had the part in stock had the phone for three weeks. I had to chase them for updates thoughout the process. They then told me they couldn't repair it, and then demanded money to return it. I will never use a postal repair Company again. Avoid.
