Order came and all fine but now coming…
Order came and all fine but now coming to try and resell phone. In amazing condition but it is deemed as faulty because the handset isn't a UK iPhone... so it's worth nothing. This wasn't disclosed when buying, and I was charged the same as if it was a UK handset.
DON'T buy from them.
And to your response - I have already contacted your customer service dept. About this issue and your offer of ‘help’ was sending me a link to an informations page. That is not help. Yes it was an old contract but I did not know the handset was non UK and that I would have an issue down the line. I also have no proof that that page would have been available at my time of purchase.
Also, you may wish that I respond and give you info but I am not ‘required’ to do anything. So you may want to adjust your tone/wording. I can leave a review that tells the truth of my experience, whether you like the outcome or not.
And I have responded yet you have suddenly gone all quiet. Umm. And my review is at risk of being removed - very impartial review process we have here. Take note buyers/reviewers.

However, we would like to clarify that we have always advertised that not all of our stock consists of UK-market devices. We aim to be transparent about this so customers can make an informed purchasing decision before placing an order.
As you have not provided any order details within your review, we are unfortunately unable to locate your purchase or discuss the specifics of your case. Without those details, we can only respond in general terms rather than address the particular circumstances surrounding your order.
We note your comments regarding your previous contact with our customer service team and are sorry that you felt the information provided did not adequately address your concerns. Fantastic Deals
Fast ordering , good deals and exactly what I was looking for. This is my 3rd phone from Mobile Phones Direct. As usual the service was wonderful. I spoke to Pearl who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Less than 12 hours later my phone is on its way! Yet again 10/10 experience!

My phone has not arrived
My phone has not arrived. Contract started on 2nd July. Have not been sent a replacement and won't be until an investigation has been completed. I have had to pay for a contract bill for a phone I don't have possession of.

Samsung phone imported from India. Samsung UK won't touch it for repair under warranty.
They have had my phone for 3 weeks and counting.
Unable to offer a like for like replacement. Trying to push an inferior model onto me.
Promised a manager will call within 24/48hrs. Promise made each day, over a week no one has called.
Paying monthly contract for a phone I don't have.

Taking too long to resolve
My daughter was advised to send her phone back to this company and did so on 4th June. This is due to a manufacturing error with the iPhone.
Today, on 8th July, my daughter is still without a phone, despite continuing to pay the monthly contract fees.
She has been promised to be reimbursed by the company via TrustPilot response below, however they are now denying this and have failed to return a repaired or replaced phone to her.

Warning, No Apple care!!
I bought an iPhone 17 from Mobile Phones Direct and overall the service was good with fast delivery and a smooth process.
However, it wasn’t made clear before purchase that some iPhones are sourced internationally, which can prevent AppleCare from being activated in the UK. This is only mentioned in the terms and conditions and should be made more prominent upfront.
Good service overall, but more transparency is needed.
