I took this phone in for a back screen cover and ended up with a damaged camera which the operative tried to conceal. Totally unprofessional. Zero communication skills.

Job well done.
First time I've used the MRC, and heartily recommend them.
Quick, easy, no fuss, reasonably priced.
Big thumbs-up from me!
Excellent service
Had my charging port replaced same day on my S6 edge. Cheaper than Samsung repair centre. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Delighted with the service.
The Mobile Phone Repair Centre replaced the screen on my son'so one plus one phone today. The service was excellent from my phone enquiry to my receiving a quote to the friendly reception when I took the phone in to the shop. The repair was completed in under 3 hours and I received a text to notify me it was ready for collection. Before I found the Repair Centre I had been trying to arrange repair with another company but was getting nowhere. My son is thrilled to have his phone working again. Many thanks for a great service .
Avoid. Waste of time. Lack of Communication.
Atrocious experience, avoid.
Requested Repair for an HTC One M7 due to a charging port and battery problem on the 06/07/16. Initially service seemed to be quick and efficient with a requote due to a mainboard error on 07/07/16. At this point I was reminded that a £20 minimum fee would be charged for just looking at the device and the problems which I have issue with but decided to proceed.
08/07/16 : The phone was sent to the workshop supposedly to their Official HTC Partner.
I then waited until 05/08/16 before I made a phone call enquiring about the repair only to be told I needed to call again and that usually they would have provided an explanation 2 weeks(or they may have said 14 days) after the device was sent for repair.
08/08/16: I filed a complaint using their online tracking system which, for their catpcha, uses the same text (TAMS244) over and over again. Hardly any protection against a bot system with OCR. No response given as of yet.
11/08/16: Will start to proceed with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 as no remedial action or notification has been given.
Will update accordingly. I am surprised at the higher number of positive reviews. They have wasted a lot of my time. Had to buy a new phone in the mean time. The most frustrating aspect is their lack of communication.
Avoid.
THANK YOU!!
I cracked and shattered my phone screen a week before my holiday this year and was scared I may not get it fixed in time. A friend recommended this store and so I called up. They said they had the replacement screen I needed in store and if I went round I could get my phone back hopefully the next day. So I went round an hour later after calling and a friendly man took in my phone and said it could be done by that late afternoon (just before closing). I was thrilled! When I picked up my phone, he did the checks that were needed before I took it back, to make sure everything worked ok. It's been about 2 months and my phone/screen still works perfectly!!
Sorry for the late review and thank you!
I recommend this store!
Very nice and quick service. Although little bit expensive
They change my charging port for a sony experia, the services was quick as I could collect it next day afternoon but a bit expensive (or it looks to me expensive) as it costed £45.
Friendly, fast and trust worthy
Lovely chaps who fixed my phone to a high standard, incredibly quickly.
Excellent Service. Quick return
Phone sent off and returned very quickly even without using the fast track service. Very happy with repair, very professionally done and packaged securely on return. Great price for genuine Samsung screen replacement would definitely recommend this company!
4x a customer!
I have had to take 4 tablets to MRC over the last couple of years as various members of my family (including me) have broken their screens. MRC have always been helpful and efficient and generally reasonable value for money. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a phone or tablet fixed urgently.
Perfect
My experience was just perfect. I called about 40 minutes before the store would close and the team was not only friendly but did the job in less time than I expected. For the first time in such a situation I was asked to complete a full check. Last but not least Karen (?) with the chat room was fantastic at helping me.
Excellent Service
Needed the mobile phone screen to be replaced and it was done in less than 2 hours. Fred who took the phone in for the service was veey helpful. SMS received when phone was ready. When I picked up the phone was asked to check if all features were working after which I was billed.
excellent service, quick and efficient
fast tracked my repair because I was on time constraints. Dealt with it, and kept me informed via emails at every stage.
Z2 repair
Absolutely brilliant service, they said it will be done in 2hrs and it was. So glad to have my phone back up and running. a big thank you to the management and staff at the mobile repair centre, the best repair shop in London by far don't use anyone else
Excellent service
Excellent service Fred was very kind and helpful. Repair of my smashed iPhone screen and damaged display was repaired within 2 hours to a very high standard. It's as good as new! Thanks Fred and co
Excellent Service
I had been told I had to return my 'phone to Sony. Stumbled accross MRC online, had a sensible chatroom conversation and dropped the 'phone in at 9.30. By 11.30 I'd had an email confirming the repair was complete. Collected it and was taken through a thorough test of the 'phone and all is well.
Unusual to find a firm who performs as promised
Do use them
Quick and considerate
Fixed my broken screen with them as almost no other shops in West London were up-to-speed fixing a 2015-built Motorola. Reasonably priced, charged £20 more than what originally informed by phone. I accepted as they informed it before proceeding with actual service. Also price for service changed when asked to same day as "it was a fast track". On a plus note they were very clear when communicating, so no surprises at all.
Loved that they did a quick test with me before returning the phone, the kind of respect for the customer that all shops should learn to have!
Would definitely recommend.
Quick and efficient
Having dropped my phone last year and broken the screen, much research was needed to find anyone who could deal with a Motorola [Carephone Warehouse, who sold the phone weren't interested] So I was pleased to discover this outfit who did the job in just over an hour. Back again yesterday [this time the puppy had done the damage] and got the same quick and efficient service.
Competent guys that do what they say they'll do.
I've used them twice in the last few weeks. One case was a straightforward power supply issue on my old original X Box - £54.95 to fix, not bad. My kids will love getting their games back.
The second instance was a Samsung tablet that got bathed in Coke (don't ask!) and just wouldn't switch on anymore. £89.95 and it's back to normal. You'd struggle to get a second hand unit at that price. The data had to be wiped but if you had it synced / backed up with a Samsung or Google account then it's no biggie. I'd lost hope on this one, thinking the whole thing was knackered.
The thing I like about this shop is that they are very clear with what's going to happen at every step. They look into the issue and quote for the repair. If you don't want to go ahead, you can leave them your unit and you don't have to pay for anything. If they go ahead and successfully fix the issue (as happened in both my cases) then they charge you when you collect. Simple. Effective. I'll use them again.
Nice experience
Somehow there was liquid damage in my sony Z1 compact, and this is the first time that I need repair service in UK. They did nice job, although the price is not cheap, here is London so I think it is fair price. I gave them my phone on Friday, they contacted me on Sat about details and prices, and I got my phone back on Monday.(no open on Sun)
It is possible to get fixed phone on the next working day, but if you really need the same repair make sure you contact them first before you visit.
