I took this phone in for a back screen cover and ended up with a damaged camera which the operative tried to conceal. Totally unprofessional. Zero communication skills.

Good job, nice and quick but pricing varied
Did a solid job of repairing my phone, all sorted nice and quickly. A shame I had to pay extra for it to be done rapidly, especially as at one stage I was told that that wouldn't be the case if I bought it in (I'd ticked the box on the website for the expedited service but somehow that wasn't included in the quote. The extra they charged was also £14.95 rather than £9.95 advertised on the website.) If it had been at £50 rather than the £65 I paid it'd have been excellent. Could also do with slightly extended opening hours and be open more at the weekend. Overall I'm reasonably satisfied.

I am so impressed by this service
My Samsung Galaxy Note 2 got damaged and unfortunately it was no longer covered by a warranty. Both Samsung and Geek Squad had unafordable minimum prices to even assess the problem (£170 and £150 respectively). Mobile Repair Centre had a minimum charge of just under £20 to see what was needed and within a couple of hours of my submitting the phone had identified the problem.
I considered the total repair cost of less than £70 to be well worth paying and the service was quick, business like and trouble free. If my phone breaks down in the foreseeable future, I may come back and revise my review but I suspect this phone will carry on giving service for some time to come so I would recommend this firm wholeheartedly.

Problem with your I-pod? Then look no further!
As far as I'm concerned, the I-pod classic is the best piece of tech I've ever owned. I was hugely disappointed when Apple decided to discontinue production. So when the audio jack broke on my beloved I pod, I had no other option than to get it repaired.
I was worried about sending my I-pod in for repair, but the whole experience was hassle free. The turn around time was very quick, the repair cost quite reasonable and my I-pod was returned in excellent packaging. Communication was excellent too! If you need your I-pod fixed, then the mobile repair centre is the way to go!

Quick, proper and friendly service
Completely satisfied with the Mobile Repair Centre! After a fall my Sony Xperia's screen was completely shattered and I was afraid I would have to do weeks without my phone if I would send it to Sony for repair. But then I found the Mobile Repair Centre, dropped of my phone in the morning and got it back only a few hours later! My phone works like a charm again and looks (and works) as if it's brand new. Very friendly employees as well!

Excellent hi-tech service in and old fashioned way.
Dropped my phone at 8:00 this morning and broke the screen. Brought it for repair at 12:30 and it was repaired by 2pm, two hours quicker than they predicted at the price they quoted. On collection they asked me to run through a series of tests to confirm that it was working correctly before asking me to pay. You cant even see any evidence of the repair.
Very quick friendly service. They are located three shops down from West Kensington tube station.
Highly Recommended.
