Terrible company so far the service has been awful. My elderly mother was scammed by someone who managed to purchase a phone through this company and when I contacted on her behalf the lady we spoke with was very unhelpful telling her that she was essentially stuck in a 24 month contract and would need to continue paying the monthly bill for a phone that she does not have nor a phone that she ever wanted to signed up for. Wouldn’t even agree to extend the billing date even though there is an ongoing fraud investigation.
I don’t have a purchase number as this was not purchased by my mum but instead purchased my scammers in India, who managed to access her emails. The only way I found out about this is when I found an email asking for feedback following recent purchase (which she did not make). I then made contact with mobiles uk who confirmed that an order had been made in her name. If you have an email address, I am more than happy to share the details that I do have including her name and you will be able to find her on your system

Had to return a faulty unit they sent me. Its been 10 days and have had to repeatedly chase for my £200 refund and for them to cancel the contract. Have just been fobbed off yet again.

Absolute disaster from start to finish.
Absolute disaster from start to finish.
Took my order on 10th of July whilst asking what date we wanted the phone delivering. Chose 14th of July specifically so I could take a day off work.
13th of July a duplicate order was made without my permission.
Spent 30 minutes on the phone cancelling the second order I never placed in the first place.
15 minutes later, received an email from DPD, their only courier option, stating sorry they missed me and that they will revisit a day later when I am at work.
After sitting in all day waiting for a courier who makes up fake delivery attempts (They never even arrived), I cancelled the original order.
Companies who operate like this dont deserve our time or money.

Worst Customer Service
would have to be the worst UK sim company I've dealt with. Created an order, cannot access my account page because apparently an order number was not generated. Contacted customer service, who told me they can't help me and I need to contact the sales team via phone - how can I do that when my number is between Ports?

Fake advertisement cashback
It has been 55 days since I placed my order, and I still have not received the £42 automatic cashback that was promised within 28 days.
This website is misleading and appears to use false cashback promises to attract customers. They advertise cashback to persuade people to buy, but they do not actually pay it. I would not recommend buying from them 👎👎👎

Gift Card issue resolved
Had an issue with the gift card I was sent it would not activate been onto customer service at Mobiles and Curry’s and it eventually got sorted and I was granted my £50 gift voucher, was a few weeks but all done in the end.

Order stuck on processing. Had a job to speak to someone, finally did, they said need to speak someone else and put me through, then got a recorded message and hung up.
Edit. They contacted me and explained the phone was out of stock hense the delay but wasn't notified when ordered. Oh well sorted now.
