I used mobilexpression for two years without any issues. Then, when I was only one credit away from claiming a voucher I was told that I can no longer use the app. I've tried to message mobilexpression but received a cut and paste response.

what a joke! I've had the app on my phone for over a week running in the background, draining my battery and taking my data doing who knows what with it and then they emailed me twice and tell me to claim my reward and I go to do so and they say my account is locked. and they won't unlock it. and now I don't have any more data on my plan. what a scam. not only are they fishing to send me that reward they owe me but they're fixing to be paying my phone bill for all the data that I used for them to just scam me like that.

Everything was fine until one day when I was no longer able to collect my weekly points; I had already cashed in my points twice before, so I had been saving up for one of the larger gift cards. After a couple of weeks back and forth with tech support, they had me just reinstall. It didn't make sense because everything was working fine on my end—I had even sent in print screens when asked. So, I followed their instructions to uninstall and then re-install their software, but I had lost those two weeks worth of points. No biggie. After confirming with them that everything was working properly and that I could resume collecting my weekly points, everything went back to normal.
The following week I claimed my points as I had done a couple of times before but this time, immediately after placing my order for the largest gift card available, they canceled my order and froze my account. I contacted tech support asking why but they only confirmed that they froze my account and cancelled my order. No explanation, no details, nothing. So, not only did I lose the two weeks of points when their app messed up, but I also lost several months prior's worth and I have no reason to this day as to why. And to make things better, they've completely stopped responding. 🤬
In short: if you follow their rules, abide by their guidelines and work hard to save up for a big prize, they will keep your money and lock your account.
If you read the reviews for their app, you will see that this is common practice for this particular company.
I would recommend trying Nielsen. So far, I have had zero issues and they allow you to earn money with multiple devices.

managed 3 payments out of them to continue for another week to get 1 credit to be told we are sorry your reward account is locked at this time. please contact support. I wont bother i will just delete the app now. Seems they have a habit of pulling these tactics. Could of been worse i could of been 1 credit away from cash out. Another site that can shut your account at any time. I was very lucky. Avoid installing the app.

Stay away from Mobilexpression (scam)
I have used Mobilexpression with success in the past, however they are illegitimate and scummy now. After getting enough points for a $10 payout and ordering it, they said my account was locked. I emailed support and they gave me a vague and unhelpful answer of "not meeting the participation requirements" even though I have had it installed correctly on my device this whole time. They also stated that they would not honor the redemption and are keeping my account locked

Privacy Breaching at best
I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog let alone a person. They breach your confidentiality/ privacy. harassing their members telephones and toil with their background systems in device with the data that they have collected. In addition to canceling an orders for points participation after member has successfully received by their technology. If I could give 0 stars I would they are biased against people who have ethnic names I have observed this with this company. They don't pay that often either. It takes over a month and 2 weeks just for a $5.00 Amazon code if they don't cancel your account once you place your order.
Froze Account When Requesting Redemption and Won't Unfreeze
Joined in January 2024 and earned enough credits to get a $10 PayPal reward. I didn't see a confirmation email within 24 hours, so I logged into my account and saw it was frozen.
I have submitted two inquiries to customer support asking to unlock the account and get more details into why it was frozen. I have only received this exact same response to both support tickets:
"Thanks for contacting us.
At this point we can confirm that your order was flagged and canceled by our security program. After further reviewing your account, we can confirm that you did not fulfill the necessary participation requirements needed to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately based on your account not meeting the standards of activity and participation, we have canceled your order.
We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however our decision to cancel your order and lock your account has been made.

I claimed the weekly credits and received signup bonuses. To the best of my knowledge, I haven't circumvented the terms and conditions.
I use several side hustle apps, and this is definitely one of the worst experiences and the non-detailed responses makes it appear like this site is a scam.

Forgot to send update. Approximately 2 weeks after this incident, a email was sent to me inviting me back. I update my star rating to 5. Thank you to the team at Mobile Expressions. Installed the app in 2019, everything going just fine. Last week I had claimed my reward with the 30 points I had accumulated to get a 5 dollar paypal. I put my request in like always, claimed my reward and sent it in no problem. I usually receive within the hour and when I did not receive it and when I went to check it , it said, account was blocked , contact customer support. I sent a message to support. The next day I get the email.

I have been a mobile expression contributor for over 5 years and used to sometimes have issues being locked out or the app not working properly. Recently I have no issues even when moving from one phone to another.

I love MobilexPression so much. I have earned so much giftcards from this and it’s an easy side hustle that you can do without doing anything. It just requires patience and to claim credits each week. How hard can it be. I don’t know why there is many negative review but I’ve had no problem and have been using this to save up money for Christmas presents!
Working then locked with unclear reasoning
App was working for months and credit was OK.
The phone was turned off for a couple weeks so VPN was down and there was no credit available (expected; VPN is not active). Turned it back on later and the credit became available (expected; VPN is active).
Go to claim relevant credits and now the account is locked.
Get a copy/paste generic response 2x identical to what others received here, no actual explanation.

Unbelievable.
I read the other comments pertaining to this business and apparently they are doing this to everybody. What an absolute scam. This used to be a good company, but they've really gone downhill apparently. I finally built up 155 credits and cashed in for 3 $10 Amazon gift cards so I could buy some gifts for my kids, and the next day I find out they locked my account. I can't believe they're doing this, especially around the holidays!!!

This company is dodgy as hell. I have been using them since 2018. Never had an issue with claiming my rewards. Then all the sudden, the other day, I tried to claim my rewards worth of 76 credits. I got a message saying my account was locked out! I emailed them and got this reply: "At this point we can confirm that your order has been flagged and canceled by our security program. After further review of your account, we can confirm that you have not met the participation requirements necessary to qualify for the incentive. Unfortunately, because your account did not meet the activity and participation standards, we have canceled your order.
We understand your frustration regarding this matter, however we have made the decision to cancel your order and block your account." Mobilexpression is clearly harvesting people data and resell it to other unscrupulous companies! They should be investigating this company. They act like real scammers!Stay away from them!
