Ridiculous excuses

Same issue as everyone else. Never had any problems before, now suddenly they don't let me redeem, and the account's been locked. Got some generic, dismissive response without an actual explanation. My further query is ignored. Don't try to gaslight me, that's disgusting.

Is it ethical to take data yet refuse to honour rewards?

Having used the app for several years without issue, I was astonished to find my account locked. On questioning this, I received the same cut & paste answer as so many others who have left a review. It is interesting that accounts only seem to be locked when an order is placed for a gift card!

I have emailed asking for clarification as to precisely how I transgressed but my emails are ignored. Probably because there is no answer - I've looked at the rules for participation and, basically, there aren't any!

I will be happy to amend my review should they reach out in a positive way to resolve this.

This is a legit website and it does…

This is a legit website and it does give payment. Don't go for the fake reviews. I have been using this app for over a month and I redeemed an Amazon gift card and they paid me instantly. This is a 100% legit app.

I sure wish I had checked Trustpilot…

I sure wish I had checked Trustpilot for reviews of Mobilexpression before I installed the app and trusted the company to do what it claims. For a couple of rewards, all went well. This time I saved up enough points for a $10 rewards card at PayPal. When I submitted for the payout, I received a message saying I was locked out and needed to contact their service team. A few days went by, and I received a blunt response that in essence said my account was flagged by security and that my reward request has been cancelled. No reason. No clarity. And so I wrote back asking for clarity. Eventually, I wrote back a rather colorful sentence of what they can do with their fraudulent practices. The FEDS need to shut down Mobileexpression. And I won't rest until that happens. They screwed with the wrong old lady....

Yet again there is an issue

Yet again there is an issue with accessing my account...it's happened once before and they refused to resolve it...I left an honest review and miraculously they resolved it. Am hoping this will be the case again and if so, I'll amend my rating.

SCAMMMM

I had it for a few months. My account had no problems and I was an active member... UNTIL I went to redeem a gift card for the first time. They immediately locked my account during checkout and I emailed them asking about it and they said I suddenly "don't fill the necessary participation requirements"... This company scams you and steals your personal information with a promise of gift cards with no return. Stay away.

BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY

BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY! They may be a scam. I believe they steal your info and see what you do and then lock you out. They will advise that there are some discrepancies as to why. See all the negative reviews (majority of them) on trust pilot and all the complaints on the BBB. Not worth it. Stay away and save yourself the grief and the possibility of your info being stolen since they track you. Terrible business model and they have been exposed. Customer support validated my suspicion.

Seem to use people for so long then block!

Same as many others. Used the app for a long time no issues. Then suddenly can't claim reward and account locked. With what seems to be their same generic reply

Easy money!

I have had mobilexpression for well over a year and I love it. It tracks pretty well and I have been paid out numerous times without fail. While it obviously isn't going to make you rich, it's an easy way to get some gift cards every couple months without lifting a finger. Any time I have had questions customer support is quick to email me back. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

They are scam guys...

They are scam guys.... They will ask for permission and watch over your activities for whole time and when the time comes for requesting a payout they lock your account and say your device or account is incompatible.

Very happy with this one!!!

Very happy with this one! Signed up on march 4th (2weeks ago) & already cashed out… about 3 days later I received my payment via email yesterday(19th which was on a Sunday/weekend which is awesome… I’m used to others making me wait till a monday) clicked link and instantly sent to my PayPal. Super simple process except I almost didn’t open the email to begin with... It was labeled in a way that read like spam emails & those are so rampant right now I never click on anything spammy but I was expecting a payout so I knew I needed to check it so if your expecting a payout from them just look at all your emails just incase. Compare the numbers in email with numbers they give u on ur account on their website to be sure and you’ll be fine:) That’s honestly the only issue I found if that can even be considered one lol customer service responds quick & are helpful and friendly which is nice these days. I learned that sometimes if it says inactive just redownloading mobile expression on ur device all over again fixes it & it can take a little while to show active again. Only takes about 2 mins to do that & it’s easy. This way I Make sure I am active & able to claim my coins weekly. Just make sure you all keep a check on your account status 1 or 2 times a week & you should be good. Easy money!!!

CANNOT DELETE THEIR PROGRAM.

Slowed down my mobile device. Cannot delete the programs I downloaded from them… don’t pay in cash only gift cards? Don’t bother. Sketchy doesn’t begin to describe my experience. 0/5

Scammers

Had this software for years without issue. Recently accrued 20 credits after a 20wks block and went to redeem them. They locked my account, just as others say here and said I didn't meet the necessary standards- how did I accrue credits then??? 20wks of my data for free. I will take this further if it is not rectified as this is beginning to look like a scam to get peoples data for free.

Ignoring requests for help!

I have used this app for many years without a hitch. When I got to my 10 credits at the end of January I ordered a £10 giftcard in the same way I always have. The order says fulfilled but I have not received the email (I have checked junk and spam folders). I have filled in the help request option on both the app and website numerous times since 6th February and not received a reply. I even sent an alternative email address in case this was the problem. I assume that they are either ignoring help requests or have ceased to exist in which case they should let customers know so that they can delete the app from their phone, which I intend to do if I don't get a reply soon.
