The process from start to finish was as described. The fitter left the room clean and tidy after each day and kept us informed about what he was doing. The finish was of an exception quality. The daily phone call was appreciated, but there has been no one to one contact once the work had been completed and signed off. We asked for a hard copy of the after care and insurance but this has not materialised. The collection of the waste materials needed extra phone calls for it to be collected, and it was the fitter Nick who came to replace a tap made this happen some 5/6 days later.

The initial plumber walked off the job without even starting. He had to be talked into returning the next day be the project manager. Decent job done but took 5/6 days rather than the initial 4 quoted. Office stayed in regular contact throughout the job. nice quality fittings though and the comfort height WC makes a real difference.

Any one who lives in the west country ask for Tyler to fit your bathroom . Even the team that took away the old fittings and rubbish after the job was completed were a pleasure to deal with .

Work to replace bath with walkin shower was completed within a week including tidying up and removal of rubbish. Design is very satisfactory, bathroom fittings are of high quality and shower is a pleasure to use. The fitters were friendly and cooperative with one or two special requirements. An initial problem with activation of the drain pump was cleared up within a few days.

Very good customer service right from the start sales advisor was helpful and polite explained how to alter my shower to make it more assessable did not push to make a decision there and then gave us time to talk it over, when surveyor came tweaked it a bit. Orgef the plumber arrived on time was very polite and left everything tidy when he finished for the day, Beth contacted me every day to make sure all was ok Would recommend this company to others

Can you show me where in writing your "assumptions" are printed inside/outside the so called contract.
What right have you to destroy my loft insulation?
What right have you to disable equipment already in place and working?
What right have you to do any thing outside the contract without discussing and written permission?
What are you going to do to rectify your misdemeanours ?

As stated earlier I will have to get another company to restore my property after a "discussion" on the solution.
Also I will forward the invoice to yourselves.
Lets hope that will be the end of the drama without any further action.

Mobility Plus designed a new bathroom for me with a walk in shower and higher toilet which has made my life much easier. The two fitters were able to start work within two days of agreeing the contract and completed the installation over four days, including a weekend. They were polite and friendly at all times, and kept me informed of their progress. They dealt calmly with several unexpected problems. I would highly recommend this company.

Before I ordered a bathroom upgrade from Mob+, I told them I lived in a leasehold flat and the Landlord needed to see proof of Public Liability Insurance for all contactors working on the property before work could start. Mob+ then took my deposit of over £14,000 but could not provide the appropriate Public Liability insurance certificates. They even had the cheek to tell me the landlord was wrong and he did not need to see the certificates. I therefore was forced to cancel which I did within their Terms and Conditions using the Cooling Off period clause. This was over three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned.
Please be aware what happened to me and try another company so it does not happen to you.

Right from ordering the new bathroom until it was complete I would recommend Mobility Plus for their service and quality. Our Plumber Richard was excellent had the job completed in a few days to a high standard, he worked hard and kept the mess down to a minimal amount, cleared up when the job was completed. He was a jolly lad and approachable when we had questions. the clean up team arrived on time and took everything away. Thank you
