I was assured no money would be taken out of my account until a surveyor approved the job could be done, alas this was a lie.after the surveyor had spent some time trying to come up with ides how the job could be done we both agreed that more electric work needed to be done first so I cancelled the job until I could arrange the extra Electric work and get back to them. The day after the job was cancelled the deposit of £4.550 was taken out of my account and I'm still waiting for them to return the deposit nearly four weeks later.

Our bathroom was fitted by Daniel Renda's colleague Lukas who did an excellent job.
We were very grateful to Lukas whose suggested alteration to the shower layout was a great improvement.
Lukas is an excellent tradesman who works to a very high standard leaving everything clean and tidy every day.

Woiczek, the fitter was excellent & did a very good job. The administration by the company was atrocious. After the initial consultation & taking our deposit, communication & oversight was non-existent. It was us who contacted them. Would recommend fitter but not Mobility Plus.

I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, every single one of us can have a bad day, but I'm so disappointed by my experience with this company that I feel I need to complain.
Initially, all I wanted was a brochure, I only wanted to see what was available but after a few phone calls, where I was offered a no obligation quote, I agreed.
Monday 23rd, a phone call to say the guy was ill, no problem, Wednesday, 25th, he rang to say he was running late, that's fine we understand how that can happen.
When he came, he brought two bags that were obviously heavy, got to the door of the living room and stopped, "where do I do?", upstairs I said. He answered abruptly that he can't take his stuff upstairs. He was only here to measure and quote, I don't know what he couldn't take up. I apologised for the mess, we've recently started to have a major clear-out and there is a lot of mess about. At the bathroom doorway, he paused and asked a few questions, what we'd like to have done and so on. He didn't make any measurements, or make any notes. He then said he could give a figure off the top of his head - £12,000, no range of costs, depending on what fixtures were chosen. Free toilet and wash basin at the moment and finance available. I said that there is no way we can afford that much. I'm a pensioner, we're both disabled, how can £12,000 be a cost effective price for disabled customers? In the brochure there are clearly several different shower enclosures and showers but he only gave me one price. He told me, before he went upstairs, that he had a hospital appointment that afternoon and, frankly, I don't think he was interested. However, if that "quote" is reflective of their costs, I don't believe they are particularly focused on those with disabilities. I don't want marble floors, or gold taps, I want a flat floor with a walk-in shower, drainage permitting (which I understand), or a shallow tray, easy to use, easy to clean and maintain, it isn't even a big bathroom. Usually, a company can't wait to have feedback but this company hasn't contacted me at all. As I say, I don't usually leave bad reviews but this experience has upset me. As a pensioner who also suffers from a painful disability, I feel that my position is vulnerable to be taken advantage of.

I was fortunate . I rang on Monday 9th February 2026. Had my consultation on the 12th. A visit from the Project Manager on the 13th; work started on the 19th and completed by 14:00 on the 20th. Cancellations and my spontaneity made the turnaround possible.
The contractor worked alone, was respectful of the space and my home. He worked with minimum fuss and cleared up afterwards. The rubbish was neatly piled for collection on the following Monday.
I am very pleased with the work, and know I would recommend the company to others.

After a bad start as the installers were giving the wrong address and spent about and hour plus looking for me. After that they worked very hard to catch up. always cleaned up as they went along. I have a beautiful shower room. They were very nice people to have in the house and tremendous workers.

Terrible company. Disorganised and unhelpful. They take a bulk of the money before the work starts and then hold you to ransom. The cheesey salesman sold us a dream package with lots of promises of 9-5 working and 15 year guarantees (only 2 years!).
This company use self employed contractors who work to their own agendas. So if they get a better offer of work elsewhere they don't come.
I never met the project manager. I only ever spoke to him on the phone. He was rude and blamed me for believing salesmans platter!
The call centre staff promise call backs which never come. In fact they only ever call for money. Most of them said they'd only been working there for a few weeks and basically knew nothing.
The first day saw our bathroom pipework removed and then the workman left for two days. I had to call him back as we had no toilet we could use. Apparently he was told we had another bathroom! He then worked for a day and went sick or was stuck in traffic or had been abducted by Aliens but I'm not sure, as I was told a different story everytime.
I had to make at least thirty calls before they sent three very experienced men to finish the work. They did a very good job, but it took so much effort on my part to actually get the work done that I wasn't overjoyed when they'd completed the work. Just relieved.
This company basically had the money and then did not care if we had a bathroom or not.
To add insult to injury they called two week later and said they'd undercharged me and needed more money!
I have asked to make a complaint and never been called back. I expect after this review they will also ask me to call them again and then just ignore me!
I have written to my MP about this company as I feel they take money from vulnerable people and then do the bare minimum. Causing distress and effecting existing health issues.
Do not fall for the glossy brochure and it's lies!
Update: thank you for the reply, If there was a mains water issue then that is the responsibility of the local Water Company. Please can you tell me what the issue was and what was done about it. If you carried out this work then you may have broken Water Regulations.
Also the replacement team was sent because the first man was away finishing other jobs (your surveyor told me this on the phone) and he then went sick. The replacement team had some very interesting comments regarding the standard of work their predessor had done.
I feel your reply is just to make me look like an angry man with a grudge, but I was there and know exactly what happened.
To be honest, I'm really sorry that you think I must be stupid.

I have recently Bought a Sleath folding mobility scooter, so far very happy. The scooter looks great and amazing price, seen as many in this bracket sell for much more. It is a smaller ride then I am used to, previously rode four part boot scooters.
The ease of folding, more space in the boot, out ways any negatives. Customer service has been good so far dispatch and delivery next day. Called customer service with a issue I couldn't work out they sent me over short videos which helped greatly.

Our installer Krystian was excellent in installing our wetroom. He used his knowledge to ensure the result met the needs of my son who is in a wheelchair. The Company contacted me daily to ensure everything was okay.
