The service we had from Ash was fantastic.
We told him about a scooter that we had seen he said yes l have that one but for Lorraine this one would be better for her, although the one Ash recommended was a lot cheaper.

Excellent company and great customer service. Communication was good and I was contacted at each stage from ordering my mobility scooter to receiving it. Very pleased with my scooter as I can actually lift it into my car as stated unlike my previous one. I definitely recommend them.

The whole experience of buying my Devilbiss autofold elite scooter was made simple and pleasurable by Alex. He answered all my questions promptly and honestly, he even took time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know, even if I didn't know what myself.
The scooter arrived on time and all was exactly as Alex had told me. The machine itself is exactly what I wanted, with clear and simple instructions. I've just come back from my first ride on the vehicle. It was even better than i had expected.

The seller was very helpful talking me through my options and even sent pictures to show me the differences in models and kept in regular touch.
I bought my scooter hassle free with delivery arranged for the following week to suit my schedule and I even got a call the day before delivery to make sure it was still suitable

We needed an ultralight mobility scooter that would fit in a mercedes slk with the roof down which halves boot capacity, I picked and paid for one with mobility machines and within 10 minute's they contacted me about a superior scooter with better specifications, they talked me through the cancellation reorder process and even though they were on holiday they kept in touch till the shop reopened, more importantly they didn't take a penny until the scooter was dispatched, scooter was as described delivered on time and we are very happy, this company deserve the highest accolade possible,truly caring and honest with very fair pricing,thank you so much.
