Very unacceptable. The website says made to order items take between 2-5 weeks. I placed my order on 31st March, nearly nine weeks later and still no email or tracking number

I really enjoy this company, they never fail to deliver and always in fashion.
I waited 3 weeks for my items and its good because they tell me they make after my order individually. I rather wait longer for special items.

Order pass in May (promising 10 days delay max), received items 8 weeks after after sending 4 mails, items made in China, poor quality, sewings are not straight and give the item a strange shape even in the plastic bag, size are changing from an item to another (two Medium size are 4cm difference), If you return the items you pay for a sending in China (cost a fortune at your expense) !! and never get your money back !! you can email as much as you want with all the references they NEVER answer back. You've paid, you've return the items, it's a very good deal for them !! Why bother ???

I like that they always are so flexible and finds solutions if there is any problem.
I seriously dont get it why some people give low reveiws, i have never had any problems. One time it took longer than i expected - but then i got a discount as compensation. So i basically just went in to the website again and ordered something new.
Free stuff is always fun!

I had a problem placing my order by Paypal and connected with the live chat support. They helped me around the issue fast and simple. Very friendly!

I have waited for about 4 months now for the jacket which I orderd on the 21st of February. It was a winter/spring coat which I planned to use during the colder months. It is now 18th of May and almost summer here in Sweden, I have still not recieved my item nor have they communicated with my why it is taking so long and when it is ready to be shipped. I cannot cancel the order either though it has been about 4months since I did order it. Worst experience ever I do recommend you to NOT BUY from Modekungen.se I will never use this site again.

I ordered two purses and a beanie on February 10th. I lived in Spain at the moment and was going to be there 2 months after I ordered. Two months passed, without a single word from them. I tried to email them over 10 times saying that they had to change The address to Norway instead of Spain since I moved from there. I got no response. The week after I sent my last email I got a mail from them saying it was shipped to my address in Spain!! I sent them 10 more nails and messages on Facebook saying that they had to change the address. They eventually did, and things were looking better.
I just got the package today on May 3rd. One purse was missing, the beanie was not there. The only thing that came was the purse. And it wasn't the right one. I'm expecting my money back now but we'll see. NEVER use modekungen!!

Save your money! This website is full of you know what! I order a bomber jacket in September, which I never received! I wrote customer service and they told me it was in the warehouse being mad. Long story short, they contacted me telling me that they will have to refund my money. I paid $290.00. MONTHS has passed by and they still have not refund me my money. I should not have to continue to contact them about MY MONEY that they should have been refund. Btw they told me it would take 10 business days to refund the money. Then they contact me telling me that something is wrong with MY CARD. BULL CRAP!

I ordered my Easter dress for this year in February. I had put in the zip code to San Diego California and when I got a confirmation email it had said Sweden for the country! Not sure how that even happened! So I emailed them right away and they corrected that for me, I still had yet to get an email that they had processed my dress; so two weeks ago I had emailed them asking if I would get my dress in time for Easter 3/28/16... It's the 23rd now so since I've yet to hear from the second email I Highly doubt I'll even get the dress! Which makes me so upset I ordered it with plenty of time for Easter!'

She wore clothes of modekungen and they looked amazing. I visited the website and saw lots of items that I wanted to buy. I always check if and how you can return items and what the costs are. Everything seemed fine since the website seemed to be swedish and returning items within Europe seemed okay for me. Because prices were pretty cheap, I ordered multiple items, thinking I can return them anyway if they wouldn't suit me. I ordered them on 5/7/15 (!!!), thinking they would arrive in time for a wedding half of august. They didn't. They arrived only on 2/9/15, almost 2 months after ordering and way to late for the wedding. Not only that, the items weren't complete. One jacket was missing and was being sent later. I tried all the items: they all sucked. Poor quality, cheapely made, weird fittings. Every single item sucked. So I wanted to return them. But there was still a jacket underway and god knows how long that would take to arrive, so that would mean I had return costs twice!!. I filed a complaint and after some debate they cancelled the jacket for me and gave me a refund on 20/9/15. The other items i had to sent back, but guess what: suddenly their office was in HONG KONG!!! This means I would have to pay a hell of lot more to send the items back. But so I did. In september I sent them by post, costing me 70 euros to ship them..... In october I got the confirmation from the shippingcompany that my package had arrived. But no word from modekungen... One month later, still no refund. So I start emailing them. They would arrange a refund (28/12/15) within 10 bankdays. 3 weeks later, still no refund. I complain again. They ask my details again and suddenly they say 'we tried to email you, but no response. On this emailadres: *wrong emailadres*'!!! I don't understand how that's possible. I was always in contact with them with the same emailadres and suddenly they forget an 'e' supposedly. I spell them the emailadress I use. But no answer follows. on 4/2/16 I get the message I get a refund within 10 working days (again). DIDN'T RECEIVE MY REFUND AGAIN. On 20/2/16 I sent them again an email, asking them where my refund is, but till this date (4/3/16) no answer..... They clearly have the correct account since they already refunded one jacket and I stated it multiple times in several emails, and still... I'm entitled to several hundred Euros, this is not really pocket money that they owe me...

Update 26/4/16: They emailed me again stating they didn't have my info. Finally they offered to just return the money trough my iban account. It would take max 10 working days... Almost two month later and still haven't received the money and radiosilence from their part. I can't believe this. Let me say this again: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DONT SHOP WITH THEM. I will only adapt/remove this once I get my money.

I bought a bag the 4th of july and thought i would receive it within a couple weeks as said on the website. I finally received the bag the 14th of october after writing some mails (like 3 months after!!!!!). I returned it because it actually was a birthday gift and had to send it all the way to HongKong (its said nowhere on the site, I thought it was a swedish company) and had to pay a crazy prize to return it. Now they got my bag, but doesn't return my money... They emailed my like 2 times now that my money is on the way and been waiting for them 1,5 month!!! So this whole proces has been taking like nearly 7 months.... I have been using so much unnecessary time, to get in touch with them. I would never buy anything from here again :(
