I was hunting for bits for my sternguards (WH40K) and came across Modelbits. Most Bits stores I went to have limited stock availability and I do not want to buy them in batches due to multiple freight costs.

However at Modelbits, I was able to grab all the items I am looking for Ex-stock! Thats 16 different bits totaling up to 34 items altogether in a single shipment. How about that!

I have just received my orders and there are no missing or faulty items (altough I was looking forward to some free goodies too ;P). Delivery time is also quite prompt. Approximately two weeks for oversea shipment. I live in Singapore ;)

I used to regularly order bits from all over the internet. But now I only use this site. By far the best service and delivery times. The bits you receive are cut from the sprue in a way that does not damage them as well. I have had queries answered very quickly in regards to stock replenishment as well. Great business to buy from.

I order quite regularly at this shop and the service is great. I'm from Germany and it takes just a few days to get the bitz. If you need bitz, just use this shop, it's on of the best out there!

It might not have the widest range of bits, but it has all the most popular types and it keeps them stocked well incomparison to most bits suppliers.

Service is always quick, friendly and, most importantly in this field, accurate! I've never been sent the wrong bit or had a bit missing from an order.

I fully intend to keep modelbits as one of my go-to places for bits!

Got the parts i ordered quick

I have been a customer with Model Bits for over two years now. The break down of bits is invaluable when customising or converting Warhammer 40k or Fantasy miniatures. Prices for individual bits are cheaper than any eBay stores and competitive with other exclusive Bits stores on the internet.

I have had very few issues with Model Bits but on these rare occasions they have been more than professional and my concerns are addressed immediately.

I do find however that the stock levels and frequency of replenishment is slow. Should stock replacement and levels increase in the future I would not hesitate to increase my rating from 4 to 5 stars!

Thank you Model Bits for providing and excellent and invaluable service. More bits more often would be even better!

Model Bits has an extensive range of just about everything you could want from 40K. I was able to easily and quickly order the parts I needed for a custom commander for my force at a fair price. It took a couple of days longer to arrive than I hoped, but I'll blame the Royal Mail for that one.

I would recommend Model Bits to anyone and everyone who has anything to do with 40K.

A realy great site that I would reccomend to any Gamesworkshop fan. The customer service is top draw aswell. There was a small error with my first order and Matt corrected it straight away with no fuss and no extra cost.
