I have never had a problem with Matt at Model Bits. This bits site is better than any others that I have had dealings with, the stock is kept up to date, the prices are more than reasonable and the delivery times are the best I've ever experienced of an internet trader. Matt himself is also an extremely helpful man who personally rectifies any issues which arise from system errors. I would highly recommend this site to anybody who likes to customise their mini's, especially those who do it to an extensive degree.

I found the service, price and delivery time excellent. My only complaint would be the limited bitz selection. Several model bitz are unrepresented or in low quantity. However, I was satisfied with my purchase and will be using the website again.

Received my order only after 3 weeks, however before arriving I had contact with Matt and he offered me complete refund. Fortunately the order arrived few days later. Some parts were missing, but these were promptly reshopped including generous extra items. These arrived within 2 weeks (Netherlands). All in all I am satisfied: good prices, good items, delivery times could be faster though, but not sure if modelbits can influence this. Will certainly do more business with Matt in future, highly recommended.

There's a good range of products to choose from, and the site is restocked often. Post and packaging is very fair and I can heartily recommend them to anyone in the wargaming hobby wanting cheap bitz etc. Keep it up!

Everything arrived, well prepared, within 3 work days of ordering, which is a commendable feat, and the range offered is huge; however, most of it is out of stock! If this one thing was tidied up, I would gladly shop there again and again...

I am really impressed at the speed my bits arrived. I've used a few of the "other guys" but will not be using them again as long as Matt can deliver the goods!

Good, easy website to use stock levels usually good. Have received every package in a few days, well packed and with no bits missing. Good stuff all round.

If you want your bits delivered fast this is the site to use. The site seems well stocked and the bits i ordered came the very next day, also they were well priced and well packed and with honest postage what else could you ask for. Will use again.
