Modern UPVC Windows Reviews 

Any issues I have had with any orders have always been dealt with swiftly. Just recently I enquired about a broken part that I needed for my doors (not a faultly item just got damaged ) I've had the doors since the covid lock down. My email was answered very quickly and even when the part was no longer available , they contacted the manufacturers who happened to have a part, who sent it that day with no charges incurred. Personally I couldn't ask for more from all the parties involved with great correspondence and resolution. Great work !!!!

Good product, good price, good service, and helpful staff. I just before installation I wanted the windows to be opened 90 degrees and I spoke to Steve Sinclair about changing the hinges and he offered a replacement hinges for side opening windows ( free of charge ), Thanks Steve

Recently had surgery and when I told the delivery man called mick he couldn't do enough for me. He was polite and really friendly and is a credit to the company. The windows look really good but I was blown away by how nice the delivery man was

Have used the company twice on two different projects. Highly recommend using this company. Got exactly what was ordered. If in any doubt speak to their technical department. Stephen, their technical guy, very good he went above and beyond in helping with my concerns. Order was delivered early. Was kept updated with delivery dates and times. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Windows arrived on the day and within the time stated, very friendly delivery driver, all seems very good .happy with service and quality of windows and glass. Great prices too

I would like to say that the service that I received from Steve at the start of my order getting the information for my side return window made my decision to use Modern Windows, it just got better all the way through to the actual fitting of the units , everyone were helpful the fitters were great and the porch looks brilliant , thank you all.

We were informed of the progress from day one the driver Mark who delivered the doors was very friendly and helpful, the doors look amazing couldn't be happier.

I was nervous ordering some French doors to DIY replace a sectional garage door. Jake has been responsive from the start and given timely advice before and after ordering. I've been kept informed with delivery estimates and their delivery people have also been really friendly and helpful (carrying through to back garden). All installed and looking great :-)

2nd lot of windows and doors arrived. 1st set were for an outside garden room./craftroom. Loved them that much we ordered for the whole house. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. Quality is awesome and excellent service from the drivers. Would recommend highly. Fabulous price

Our builders recommended modern upvc windows as the place to buy from.
We have bought a lot of windows and a set of bifolds from them.
Our builders have fitted all of these windows.
They are all of very high quality , the only thing one could complain about is that fitting them ourselves we did not get a fensa certificate.
We have recently had 10 windows fitted by a local company.
This has been a nightmare from fitters who want to fit windows in a poor way leaving 10mm of the window protruding beyond the cottage and filling the gap with silicone to seals falling out of the opening lights .
The last window they fitted was a floating transim which was badly made in that when you opened one side the handle knocked into the other side .
What price a fensa certificate.
To my mind the windows we've bought from modern upvc windows are far superior.
