Run away from this company of scammers
Run away from this company of scammers! I have been calling several times and writing mails. Only one mail back, no calls answered at all.
I bought an apartment 15-10-2022, got an email the 29-09-2022 from Modstrom saying welcome to the company, I replied saying I wasn't interested but thanks. I contracted the company I wanted.
15-10-2022 got the apartment, Modstrom decides to ignore my mails and supply power. I don't realize until the 24-10-2022. I contact the company that I really want, they informed me they gave me power only the 14-10-2022 as Modstrom took over without my permission. Modstrom supplies power from the 15-10 to the 24-10.
At that moment I am not living in the apartment, they only came to do a reform during one day and I went few times to deliver things, so the energy used goes to only 23kwh.
How can I get a bill from modstrom and have to pay 414dkk. I never requested your services, I send several mails saying I didn't want to hear anything from you and you keep sending bills. Bills I should have never paid.
I complained on a mail asking why I was getting that bill and still never got a reply, like the other 5 mails I already sent. I think it is ridiculous that after all your lack of professionalism, you even charge me a high bill for almost not power supplied.

They said the payment is going to be based on usage after 2 month, and I got the 3rd bill today for prepayment of the third month…
The sales of the company are pushing and giving you obsessive phone calls to fish you there then they stop replying and are disappeared forever.
I am so disappointed!!!
Stay away!!! This is a company with no trust!!!

Cheating - I think that they are cheating with invoices. Have done a little analysis on what I have been charged vs what I should have been charged.

I have paid 9216.13 kr where as I have only used electricity worth 7406.74 Kr. That is a difference of more than 1800 Kr. Waiting for an explanation from their customer service.

They close the phones down so people cant complain....??!!! and never reply my emails??
