In october my bill was 7kwh and i had a…
In october my bill was 7kwh and i had a bill of 340dkk then in november i used 11kwh and my bill was 159dkk. i found this odd so i contacted them and they said they could give me there cheapes agreement where id save 14dkk which wasent of intrest for me. They also wanted to charge me 100dkk for not signing up for automatic payment. i prefer to pay myself when i got the bill in the app. I said i wanted to cancell my subscription with them and they said i coudent since i had a countract until march since i signed up for the cheaper agrement but i had never accepted this.

Easy switch to new electricity provider
I had a call from Daniel, who explained to me very clearly why it would be worth it for me to switch to Modstrøm. He was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in answering all my questions. All this in English as my Danish is not very good.

Very good customer service from Villads
Thank you for the patience from Villads Andersen that I spoke to. He is very patience in explaining to all my questions and clarify my concerns. He managed to convince me to choose to switch to Modstrøm despite I was already considering another company. It’s because of his persistence, I am convinced to try with this company.
