Sales lies to you, bad quality, very high prices for the quality

They sold me a bed for two persons with two separate mattresses.
I told them I wanted a single mattress because I don't like the problems that come from having a split mattress, as my partner and me like to sleep together, but they convinced me that I wouldn't have any of these problems like the mattresses separating or feeling the slit between them.
So I trusted the sales agent and went for it.

Unfortunately, this wasn't true. I spent a lot of money in a bed that I really hate. The mattresses not only separate, they deform to such an extent that they create a cavity to which one falls. You have to be readjusting the mattresses all the time, and changing the position because the deformation gets so big that one cannot sleep there. They are very bad quality. None of us is an overweight person, but the mattresses are already so deformed that they don't come back to the original shape (I can provide photos).
I would have bought something else if I had known this product was such bad quality.
The bed frame is not very strong and is starting to make sounds when one moves over it.

The installation: I paid for the installation but they had to come twice because the first one the installers didn't leave the bed well mounted. I have to say not all the fault was on them, as the design of the frame made it very difficult for them to install it properly. Lucky I didn't try to install it myself.

Additionally they send a lot of spam I never solicited or gave my permission to.

In summary:
Don't trust the sales agents. They should be honest to avoid disappointing the customers.
The products (bed frame and mattresses) are low quality.
The price is way to high for the quality you get. They should improve the quality, they have more than enough margin with the prices they charge.
They spam you without your consent.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. First of all, totally uncoordinated. Some people come install half of the stuff, when I asked who will do the rest, they replied ' we don't know'. I told not to scratch the walls as the painting was new walls were scratched. The refrigerator one shelf doesn't work, I wrote several times nobody replies. They are only interested about invoice and payments. Why would you pay for something not completely installed. The granit they said will come later, I am still waiting. Never ever again.

TOP Experience (EUR 14k kitchen)

I am not a German speaker, and I bought a kitchen for 14k at the shop in Konz.
Jörg Steinmetz was my first contact as salesman, really good at his job and gave me some really good tips/advice.
During the installation process there were a couple of technical issue on my end (due to the apartment being under construction and some delay), but the team that got in contact with me was very proactive and communication was smooth, I could even speak with someone in my own mother toungue during this step (which is always a pleasant thing as immigrant).
Post sale assistance service was also incredibly quick in helping to sort out an issue I had with oven and cooktop.
I called them and the morning after they came and fixed the problem.
The very only minor thing is that when I called them for the assistance they did not call me back to fix an appointment, luckily when they came in the morning someone was at home.
One other thing I would love to have is a workshop to understand how to use all the technology in the kitchen.

Helpful, patient, knowledgeable, & accommodating

I have been shopping around for a new kitchen for a while: seeing different products, styles, colours, possibilities... I finally decided to go to Möbel Martin Konz for several reason. The first being the consistent helpful Customer Service.
I contacted them online & received a response within 24 hrs. When I got to my appointment, as well as the next 2 appointments, I was greeted very friendly. Herr Heil is very fluent in English & was very patient in helping me decide what style best suits my house/kitchen. And I was there for hours! He helped the moist by being very knowledgeable about the products. He could explain, according to my needs, why I would do better with "this" product instead of " that". And he wasn't pushing the expensive brands/products!
Other stores were rude, just plain not interested in selling a kitchen or were very pushy trying to sell me ANY kitchen even if it didn't correlate to my wants/needs.
So far, I am so happy I decided to come here!
