I talked to a guy Andrew and he arranged viewing in 1 day. He was so cooperative and understood my need. their property was clean, nice and in good environment. the best thing is they don't need uk home owner guarantors. They accept uk citizen guarantors.

The staff at the Roath branch were outstanding in their dealings with my mum and myself. I'm so glad we chose them to sell the house and would recommend them to everyone.

I have been really pleased the service we have had as landlords through Mercedes. Not only was she quick to secure a new tenant but was very quick to respond to any queries we had which was very reassuring for us.

Every time I had to deal with the staff at Moginie James ( Albany Road Cardiff) I found everyone knowledgeable friendly and very efficient. Calls were always answered swiftly and excellent advice given. They always showed empathy and gave support whenever a problem arose. Michelle Lloyd my “move manager” and Luke who showed me around the property were great. I particularly want to mention the manager Graham Hopkins who on the final day when there was a problem with keys being released He really cared in what was a very stressful time and worked so hard for over two hours to find a solution I really do think he saved my sanity that day
