Andrew made my experience great because I was already drenched with rain and came late for my viewing, he was patient and was kind to give direction when I lost my way. He attended to me so well and my frustrated expression was off because I was welcomed by Andrew. To be honest, this is one of best viewing since my hunting for jobs in the UK.

Andrew Jones was extremely friendly and helpful during my viewing. He had a very good knowledge of the property and was able to answer all my questions.

The application and referencing process is very clear and Moginie James are very upfront about all required documentation and fees.

Very dodgy, extremely unprofessional and Rude depositary staff.
Strong advice not to deal with them.
You will see their real face when you leave the house!! They charge you everything which was actually their responsibility!!!
Anyway If you get into their property Very IMPORTANT message to take pictures, video clips and never rely on their inventory. When you take house and when you leave they have two different TOOLS to assess the property.
and when you discuss with them it would be a real nightmare (just have a look on the review by Michael James , May 2023) mine was much worse experience..I wanted to do the court case but because of my very busy life I didn’t.
( still considering!)
TAKE MY WORD AND YOU WILL SEE THEIR REAL FACE WHEN TO VACATE THE PROPERTY!!!
STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN OR KEEP ALL RECORD, TAKE VIDEO CLIPS AND BE READY FOR THE BAD ENDING. !!!
