We recently took on a rental property with the help from Dylan from Moginie James. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with their services. From start to finish Dylan made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Dylan Burberry has been our main point of contact and he has been extremely helpful and supportive. We were initially interested in a property but it was unavailable so we decided to go for the second property on the list but Dylan came back to us confirming that the property is ready for renting. I appreciate that he cared for our liking in the process and gave us priority as we approached him initially. I am glad we are dealing with Moginie James and their professional staff.

Staff were well informed and kept in contact and would let you know when/if anything changed straight away. Professional and helpful.

Andy Jones has been myself and my partners point of contact whilst we were in the process of renting out a property - he has been excellent. He is always friendly and professional, quick to respond and has been a huge help throughout this process. Everyone at Moginie James has been lovely and we are really grateful for everything!

My experience with Dylan Burberry from Mogine James has been absolutely first class in every respect . Dylan has been excellent at keeping in touch at all stages of both finding tenants and subsequent dealings . He replies promptly and professionally to all questions .He is relatively new in the office and things have certainly improved in a big way at Albany Road since his arrival . The phone gets answered ! He is an asset to the company . He is unflustered and highly effective in his work .

Very bad experience. They never answer the phone and in the end they gave me appointment to visit a property and 15 min before that they cancel it.

I have recently attended the Roath branch to discuss renting out my property however due to the disgraceful service I received from the ‘Lettings Manager’ as she proceeded to tell me numerous times throughout our conversation I have taken my business elsewhere. When I entered the office I was greeted by a member of the sales department, told to sit down and I would be seen to promptly. A lady sat in the corner looked over, put her head down and continued on her mobile phone. After a long wait (over five minutes) the lady finally got up to approach me, she was very impatient, abrupt and would interrupt me when I attempted to ask in depth questions about the services they provided. She made me feel like I was wasting her time and she did not need my business, after a short discussion I knew this was not the office I wanted acting on behalf of my property. If she can speak to a landlord in this manner I dread to think how she would speak with potential tenants. I will be sure to warn family and friends away from Moginie James after this interaction.

Dylan has been amazingly helpful in finding us our new rental.
Super easy to work with as well as having a professional manor and lovely, approachable attitude.
