Moglix r cheaters don't buy anything…

Moglix r cheaters don't buy anything from moglix as they don't send the same product sent a used product after compliant said to clean & use the product, product is not working customer service said do whatever you want to do don't wash your money fraud company.

Worst and fraud company

This is a big fraud and fraud company of emerging India. When goods are ordered from this, wrong goods are also sent. If you return, it will not accept. You will be told to do whatever you want and there will be no returns. I was its first customer and the same thing happened to me.

I had ordered 50 X 3 but received Contour C plus strips 25 X 3 total 75 strips

I had ordered 50 X 3 ie. 150 Contour Plus strips. The order was confirmed and I made a payment of Rs.2107/- . All good so far.
Instead of receiving 150 strips I received a box of 25 x 3 Contour C plus kits ( I dont know what is in the box as I must not open it if I have to return it). The Invoice mentions Contour C plus strips 25 x3 total 75.
I immediately wrote on the phone app about the wrong delivery. But the reply was I did not understand your question. I asked for Manager but again " I cannot understand your question". Today on 21st Aug 2023 I tried to call them on number 9999049135 which is supposed to be available 365 days and night. The reply is - this number does not exist. Opened their chat on the App - no one responds. I have never experienced such poor service. It seems they are interested only until they receive the money. I am still hopeful they will respond but does not seem likely. Will write a follow up review if they act.

The worsted company ever I see in my…

The worsted company ever I see in my life and worsted experience with Moglix. They can't stand like a big company Amazon & Flipkart. Let me explain my case, I had ordered 2 Fans with them it was take 3 days to deliver to me. I did check their return policy that the product can return in 7 days. so I have checked fans the same day within 2 hours, these both fans were defected and creating noise I will share the snapshot in this review. So what I have done is that I have requested for return the product by their app but they have different process that product only can return once you share the products pictures and after that they will accept the return. So I shared some snaps and that have done is that they have cancel the return, second time i have shared around 5 to 7 pictures of product like product packaging and box shipping slip, after some time I checked again they have cancel the return. Even if you will share thousand of pictures they will not accept because they do not want to give refund and return the product. So after 2 times refuse by them I have choose to complaint to National consumer council help line 1915 you can also dial if you have any complaint with any of company like Moglix. So i have dial and speak with help desk they have taken all details like order transaction number amount and more, they taken my details very confidentiality and I was sure that they will definitely help and they might help because after 2 days Moglix agreed to take product back. I also went to the Moglix office which is located at Noida Smart Work. There I have met with Mr. Saurabh, he is a very nice person and gave me surety that they will take back my defective products, I did show him fan performance and noise video also I did carry with me and asked him if you want you can test both fans. What I have achieved in this i have brought 2 Fans which was around 3K and I have wasted my whole days taken leave from office and went to their office by my Car and have waste my around 500 rupees. Please make sure if you do not want to waste your money and do not want to waste your time then please don't buy anything from Moglix, They only know to sell the product nothing else they are like delivery boys just getting delivered the product only nothing else. They also don't have 24/7 support to they are available from 9:30 AM and 6 PM, after 6 PM you can't reach to them even by email. Seems like there is robot seating in there office who rejecting all return request. This is specially for Moglix and their Owners. if customer is not happy and employees are not Happy then company can't be Happy even after spend thousand of crores. Because every employee and every customer review is matter for company further where company will stand or not If you will not change your policy you might be shut down soon.....first impression is the last impression and it was my last impression with Moglix......be save don't buy anything from them.....Thanks Gautam Basra

One of the worst company to buy from

One of the worst company to buy from. They will give wired as reasons to not return the product. They customer care is one of the worst I have encountered . Worse than this little Instagram stores. Don’t buy from this website at all . I kept struggling to return on its WhatsApp and call support for so many times ending in despair. Nothing works . Also they state they have 2 days return although it will take more than 2 days to even start the process or be able to reach out to them anyways
