Amazingly surprised with the support team efforts, how they handled the delay in delivery issue and helped to get delivery on time.

I just want to rate then a big zero, Never ever buy from them, the worst customer service, worst product with manufacturing defects, They sell sub standard products, They are big cheeter

I purchased a water booster pumpset through Moglix. It was working perfectly on startup but after few months it stopped working.
I have asked Customer Care to replace/ repair the pumpset within warranty period.
More than 10 days have past since I have made complaint. One day they asked me copy of invoice and photo of pumpset, next day they wanted vedio of pumpset and so on. I am following with Customer care. and everyday they send me a message saying supplier will contact me.
I do not know why supplier want to call me and what he want to ask me. I am suffering without water for the past 10 days.
I am not happy with Monglix with their service until now. I am still hopping for the good.

I recommend everyone who has industrial goods business must install and try this app.
