I would absolutely order from MOHD again! Everything arrived expertly crated, sealed on all edges, and in perfect condition! They even accommodated a change to color after order, and added an item to the same shipment to save on freight. Very happy!!

One lamp arrived damaged, but their support team handled the issue quickly and professionally. MOHD delivered a marble top table with stone / etch blemish to the marble which I was not happy about. After some back and forth they were to swop the top for another but with the manufacturers all closed for Summer hols it would mean September before I saw a replacement. They offered me a refund in order not to have any more waiting or hastle. VERY HAPPY outcome. I have made previous MOHD purchases all have been great. AAA+++ Lets hope the return and refund are all ok!

My order has been delayed for 6 months with the reason being one of the item was out of stock. I went to back to the listing and found the exact item being listed as "in-stock" so I reached out to the CS for assistance and they mention there is nothing they can do for me (no exchange/no cancellation) as the items are from different shipment batch and they can't change it even tho it is now listed instock. I am still waiting for a reasonable feedback as of now. Would not recommend even tho the prices are good. Not worth the hassle and pain.

I purchased a Porada bed from Mohd back in February. I was glad to save a little money compared to purchasing it in the US, although I saved nothing in the end because of tariffs. It only arrived in mid-June, about 1.5 months late. Oh and it already significantly damaged. The wood on the inside was broken but it wasn't obvious when it was first delivered. Mohd/Mollura refused to do anything or refund me despite receiving a $10,000 bed that had multiple broken pieces. Avoid this site like the plague!

They tried to insinuate that it was me who actually broke the bed. I don't think they have any idea how mechanical force it takes to break that much wood. That's not something a person could do.

I am a Mohd client for 5 years and I can truly say that I am very satisfied by their services. The high quality products of the brands they represent, the best prices on the internet and especially the perfect client service. All the members of their team provided me customized support and solutions in less than 24h. Thank you all for all the good work.

Firstly, after my order, they updated the estimated delivery date to be 5 weeks later than originally expected. Finally, after months of waiting, I had a week long battle with UPS to actually get the items.

When they finally arrived, they were destroyed! The boxes were beaten up and the bedside tables inside smashed.

Making matters worse, when I asked to do a return, the UPS guy only took one of the 2 boxes. I have had the other one in my house for weeks now, and they claim that it's my responsibility to dispose of it!

I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company if you're getting something shipped outside of Italy.

I have ordered a lamp from the website and received the wrong color by mistake. However, Marilena is extremely responsive and helpful to quickly arrange a replacement. I really appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. Great service!

Mohd service was outstanding. I dealt with Rossana; her attention to detail, precision, and overall service have been impeccable. It has truly been the best customer service I have ever experienced.

The website has an excellent choice of appealing products at fair prices, the buying process was straightforward and they offer superb value for products MOHD already have in stock.
I was also not charged for the shipping costs from Italy to Portugal.
I bought four items with three different delivery dates. All of the deliveries arrived during the morning on the planned day which left most of my day still free. The courier damaged the third delivery unfortunately.
Frustrating yes, but Oreste from MOHD stepped in, sorted everything out quickly and gave me my money back.
The sign of a good company is how well they resolve problems which can inevitably arise. So in my assessment this is a well- run company with a team who want to do well on behalf of their clients. I have confidence in them, will buy again and feel that those considering placing an order can also trust MOHD.

My experience with Mohd was nothing short of exceptional—from coordinating the international shipment to the careful packaging to the massively accommodating customer service. We purchased a garden table from Fermob via MOHD which was supplied with the incorrect legs. The team at MOHD organized a replacement set of legs so we now have a lovely garden table!. We are very grateful to the Fermob staff for their sterling effort made in resolving our issue - brilliant!

i ordered 3 le creuset casseroles. not a cheap thing. everything went good. one of the casseroles was not in stock so their support helped me. everything was packaged good and arrived in perfect condition.

I'm redacting this review content per discussion with MOHD and providing (almost) final update:

They have been super positive about resolving our issues:
1) They were able to provide credit on paid delivery issues.
2) They are sending us the missing part with express shipping
3) They are covering the cost for getting floor lamp parts replaced to make it 110v safe and compatible.

After all, everything seems to have been resolved.
Although I understand the delivery part was a lot more complicated than expected, due to many parties being involved (MOHD, EU Courier, US Courier, US Last Mile Delivery Party and etc).
As for the White Glove Delivery, we are still bummed out that this never happened.
But, they were never accounted for our delivery service/fees. So this is fair and understandable. Just missed out opportunity due to miscommunication.
