Not sure that this is a legit company.
Placed order in July and have not received anything. Keep getting told that the items will arrive next week...but it's been 3.5 months and we haven't received any of the 5 different items we ordered. I don't know if they are ever coming.

I'll update if we get the items.

In the meantime, make sure that you pay by credit card and not by wire transfer.

Things can always go wrong but a company's reaction can make a real difference. During shipment the table we ordered got damaged through no fault of MOHD - but the way Marilena from MOHD handled it was outstanding. The response time was very low and she immediately made sure we get a replacement the soonest possible. She let us know expected time of arrival from beginning and even though there wasn't much of a delay in second delivery, she regularly kept us up to date and informed. Marilena is a top professional and we're very happy with the service level we received from her. Thank you very much Marilena.

I ordered 4 chairs from Mohd … unfortunately the wrong chairs were delivered … thanks to the help of Marilena this problem was solved correctly … what I appreciated most was that she was on-line available and very adequate during the whole proces … Many thanks !

I completed a purchase on June 28th and still no sign if it, over 3 months later. "Roberto" says I am not allowed to cancel order and get a refund, but that my product has arrived and will be shipped "shortly". Website says my order is still "processing" and not even in the warehouse yet.
I am furious - if you don't have the product, you can't sell it online. I want my money back!

After an item arrived faulty from the manufacturer, MOHD has been very professional and organized a swift exchange of the item, taking care of everything while keeping me informed at all time.

My package was unfortunately lost by the mail carrier and I was devastated because I love this store. After explaining that I work in interiors, I was able to connect with team member Tania who helped me resolve the issue and worked with me to have a replacement item sent. It is incredibly gracious, and emphasizes the high quality of customer service at MOHD. I do love this store, and I am thrilled to have learned through this experience that a fabulous and helpful team operates behind the scenes. Beyond just product, I am happy to shop here knowing that I am supporting a great organization comprised of wonderful people. Yay! Thank you, Tania.

Update: 10 weeks in, the order is now ons its way. I change my initial 2-star to 4-star simply because of the fact that customer service was really trying hard to resolve this - exceeded my expectations below.

I ordered an Atelier Areti lamp with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 weeks. It’s now close to 8 weeks and I still haven’t received it.

To be fair, customer service is very good - fast replies, sincere apologies. I don’t blame them. Might as well be good use of AI.

The bigger issue feels like management: “let people place orders, and deal with the frustration later.” Estimates are vague, delays are explained away, and customers wait far beyond what was promised.

As Han Solo said, “I have a very bad feeling about this.” At this point, it wouldn’t surprise me if I still haven’t received it by Christmas. I should have read the reviews more carefully.

If you care about timelines, proceed with caution.

The lighting I ordered from MOHD is beautiful, 100% authentic and a great price. The service was excellent. I had a small issue with one of the items and the customer service staff (Marilena) were very helpful and immediately took the appropriate steps to correct the problem. i couldn't be happier with the help I received from Marilena and the products i purchased. I will definitely be a repeat client with MOHD.

I've purchased two times from MOHD. Very happy with the quality and price which is far superior to anything offered in NY. 2nd purchase was three mirror cabinets which I was worried about shipping but was packed beautifully with no issues. Will shop with them again.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Mohd. During transport, the item we ordered was unfortunately damaged. The customer service team helped us tremendously in solving this issue. Rarely have I experienced such a responsive customer service that answered so quickly and provided solutions right away. Definitely a website where I will order again.

I truly appreciate after sale team's effort for resend my damage product overseas ( Taiwan ) again. They are really helpful and responsive for my issue. I would like to order from MOHD again.

I initially ordered furniture from Mohd Furniture, and the first order went smoothly, so I thought it would be a good choice. Unfortunately, all subsequent orders were a disaster.
We live in Switzerland, and the furniture is shipped from Italy. The additional import and delivery costs quickly add up, making it clear that it would actually be more convenient and cost-effective to purchase from a Swiss store where the furniture is delivered directly to your home with no additional costs.
The couriers (from Italy) selected by Mohd Furniture are consistently rude, which is very off-putting. On top of that, their phone support is practically unavailable, leaving you with little assistance if issues arise. My last order took 5 months to be delivered, and I knew this was the last straw.
Would I order from them again? Definitely not. If you enjoy paying extra costs, waiting months for your delivery, being treated poorly by couriers, who expect you to carry your own furniture in Palettes, and being told you cannot cancel your order, then Mohd Furniture might be for you.
Personally, I’d rather spend a few thousand CHF at a Swiss store and receive excellent customer service without the stress.

Excellent service. Susanna on the sales team is very efficient and responsive to all emails. Angelo on the after sales team is very helpful. The whole service is very smooth and seamless.

I bough two side tables and one of them was damaged during the transportation. I received perfect attention from Oreste to solve the issue very fast. Great customer support service and attention. i will repeat at MOHD

Stay away from MOHD! My complaint took over two months to be processed, despite having made a high-end purchase. The staff member in charge, Tania, displayed utterly shameful behavior: unprofessional, rude, unreliable, and completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Perhaps this treatment is considered “normal” for Italian customers, but for German clients who have spent thousands of euros, it is absolutely unacceptable. From a company of this size and price range, I expected first-class service; instead, I was treated like an unwelcome nuisance.

La responsabile, Tania, ha dimostrato un comportamento a dir poco vergognoso: poco professionale, scortese, inaffidabile e completamente disinteressata alla soddisfazione del cliente. Forse per i clienti italiani questo trattamento è “normale”, ma per i clienti tedeschi che hanno speso migliaia di euro è assolutamente inaccettabile. Da un’azienda di queste dimensioni e fascia di prezzo mi sarei aspettato un servizio di prim’ordine; invece, sono stato trattato come un cliente indesiderato.

Some parts of the product arrived damaged, but Oreste handled the replacement with exceptional patience and care. He kept me updated promptly, which gave me great confidence throughout the process. His dedication and responsibility made everything go smoothly — truly outstanding service!

The website has thousands of articles but is so poorly designed that it’s impossible to find anything. The search function lacks basic criteria like size and material and each time you click on an item and then go back to your original search it just resets back to default.
I have given up.
