Great customer service..

Great customer service... Very helpful when I placed an order but put the wrong address.. I phoned them and they were polite and friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. Delivery was fast and I was kept informed of delivery time.

Incredible price for high quality food…

Incredible price for high quality food for dogs. I alternate between the salmon and the lamb. Grain free no nasty things in the ingredients that shouldn't be there. My longhaired 2 year old german shepherd has a glossy coat, sweet breath and he loves the food. Got my sister buying it now for her dog. Great stuff.

Used the awful click and collect service

Used the click and collect service. Item wasn't ready and no email for collection. Came in a week later and item was ready but no longer on the system. Each time I had to wait for over 30 minutes while staff struggled to understand the system.
The manager Richard just walked off and left them to it.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Couldn’t tell me the use by date of the Marksway haylage I ordered and ignored my request to return them. I just don’t want to feed my animals toxic haylage. Usually stamped on the bag but nothing on these.
