I made orders for clothing worth $151. 16 in February 2023. After 1 month delay, I made an inquiry with the customer care, Kevin, he responded the following day with my tracking number, indicating that my goods were on transit. Today, 16th March 2023, i checked my tracking number, which indicated the goods were delivered. Apparently, yesterday, there were 2 low quality rings that were delivered that i never ordered, with a California shipping address . I have written to the customer care. I hope to get my full refund.
Update:16th March. The customer service has contacted me and informed me that the sent rings were to confirm if my address were correct. Therefore he is asking me if i would agree on the 2nd shipping without cost. He has assured me to resolve the problem. I will keep you posted on the progress of this communication.
Update:17th March. Customer care is asking me if they could refund 60% of my money, yet I haven't received any package.
19th March:The online company closed its website.
Final update: 21st March. Informed my credit card issuer. Got my refund from them for the transactions.

Horrible customer service! I'm on day 67 of waiting for my delivery that was to come in 12 to 15 days.

Don't Do It!!!

Do not buy from this site! In addition to the fact that the goods went for a very long time, the quality is disgusting! Size didn't fit either! Why didn't I read the reviews before?

Absolutely awful experience. I've ordered a coat in December. It's February and I haven't received any parcel or money back. No response to my email. What a scam!

We ordered 3 cardigans and 2 shirts from them in November. Shipping to the US was estimated to take a month(!?), and actually took a month and a half, presumably because the stuff is coming from China.

Unfortunately when the order came, two of the items were incorrect (one was the wrong size, one was the completely wrong item). I reached out to Molilulu's support, expecting (given the reviews here) to never hear from them. To my surprise they reached out immediately, sent us two replacement items at their cost, and told us to keep the mistakes. The response was sent to spam, which I suspect is why so many people think they never respond.

Unlike other reviews, I thought everything was high quality. The zippers feel cheap, but aside from that the material is nice and they look exactly as advertised.

So, although it took 2.5 months, we got all our items and were very pleased with the company.

Poor quality clothing. Not worth the price even if it is on sale. The items look much better on the web site. BE SURE to look at the size chart if you do order anything as these clothes are from Asia and the sizes are not universal. Always size up. This order took 60 days for delivery and customer service responses, by email, were slow and offered no help Read the return policy because it is NOT favorable to the buyer. Not much to like.

Items received were incorrect (substitution or mispick?) or not nearly the same look as pictured in their website. No customer service phone number, only email. They don't respond to email despite multiple attempts. The phone number on file with the credit card company is bogus also. Credit card company is aware of this company defrauding many people but has done nothing about it.

Appalling site do not buy from here, the item I ordered was nothing like that advertised and a cheap nylon material, when I requested a refund they wanted me to post the item back to their factory in China recorded delivery and produce the proof of postage. This would have cost me a third of the value of the item. One thing I will say here I paid with PayPal thank god because they refunded me straight away, I should imagine judging by the reviews on here it wont be long before their pay pal account is suspended. awful scam company should never have been given a Paypal account I would not have bought from them if they hadn't had Paypal.

Terrible Scam Website Company!!! Do NOT buy from these people. Usually you will receive a product you didn't even order or the sizing is wrong or the quality is poor. Possibly you will not ever receive your product. Too bad because the pictured products are really nice. :( It is a subsidiary of zhuoda co. ltd clothing, which is a "Bait and Switch" scam site. Why do sites like AOL and FaceBook allow these people to advertise on their site? Lying cheats!!!

Do not trust this company. I bought several beautiful pullovers that were listed as made from a “cotton blend.” After a delay of well over a month, I received my order yesterday. I was shocked to discover that the pullovers were 95% polyester (ugh), and 5% spandex. They’re still beautiful—just uncomfortable to wear.

HI, I was attracted to the site (via Facebook) because of the vast range of designs they have for men - i really like the range of 50s art deco.

A number of other reviews have mentioned have mentioned delays and sizing concerns - what I would say on these points is:
- they are coming from overseas so I wouldn't order anything urgent.
- There are full sizing tables in the item descriptions which I think are reasonable. If I order on ASOS I am more likely a 3XL top than a 2XL, but 2XL from Molilulu is a great fit for me.
- Also quality so far seems more than fair for the price.

I've had 2 successful orders of shirts but there were delays, and now about to try a trouser and a jacket / coat for size having consulted the sizing guides.

I do approach these as a bit of a gamble as I can imaging the returns process being difficult (hence the 4 stars) but if I get the hang of the sizing without wasting too much money I could be set for a good few years.

All you get is “we have a lot of back order, we will ship soon”.
I ordered on 6th Dec 2022. 27th December, I contacted them and was told it hadn’t shipped yet.
This IS a scam. DO NOT BUY!

Buyers beware! Not only did I experience extended delays in shipping, this product is not of good quality and runs small. Once received, I immediately reached out to customer service to get the return address to return the jacket I have yet to receive a response. I will never buy anything else from them.

Low quality, bad fit, deceptive photos and long delivery time.

Absolute scam, no customer service, the after 20 days and still not received the items

Ordered two Christmas shirts early in Nov to arrive in plenty of time for office Christmas party but after 20 days they had not arrived. Contacted them, took 4 days to respond, they apologised and they finally sent shirts. They arrived on 22 Dec; too late for office party. Shirts were badly packed, quality was not great. At best the fit was good. All up disappointing!

Absolute scam. It is very poor quality, for instance two buttons on a coat could not be done up because the holes were too small. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

the second package has arrived today 4 jan 23

6 wk wait for a coat. It arrived and is the most cheap materials. Not as advertised. Sizes are wrong. Its not good quality especially as it was not cheap in price! I expected better. If wanting to return item i have to pay extortionate price. Avoid this site entirely.
