Made an order december 4, and paid extra for priority shipping 7-9 business days instead of standard shipping 12-15 (double shipping cost).

13 business days later the order is not even handled and my christmas clothes will obiously not arrive until next years celebration!

Tried emailing to, but no response in days!

I ordered on the 24th November and after some time and various emails , I received a response to my request to alter the order to different sizes ( 3 Christmas Shirts) I’ve have requested numerous times for a delivery date or even just a tracking number? No response.
So, unless something happens positively in the next two days I will do 2 things. 1. Request a full refund and 2. Recommend to anybody prepared to listen, not to use Molilulu.com because, sadly they seem at best, unreliable.

ordered since 25 nov 2022. I have not receieved the items till date.. I have sent emails requesting for my money back but no one responds.. there is also no contact number to call.. beware they are scammers

After 10 days the product was not even shipped.
so I asked to cancel the order.

$60 Jacket arrived 2 weeks after stated delivery and was honestly the quality of cheap halloween costume. Picture of legitimate patchwork corduroy jacket and only a single easy to miss mention of "print". The proportions are ridiculous and wouldn't fit any person with standard arm length to torso ratio. And the print is visibly pixelated. No responses after jumping through all the hoops and in there return policy it states that customer eats shipping it back...to asia. Calling it a loss and lesson learned. BUYER BEWARE!

Please do not purchase anything from this “company”.

I ordered from the company on the 13th of November, and waited a week or so before checking their TrustPilot review. I was worried I was going to be stuck with poor quality clothes but when they hadn't shipped anything by December 4th, I asked for a full refund.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the refund on December 5th.

I can't speak to the quality of their actual clothes but their customer service was actually quick and efficient.

I still can't imagine ordering from them again in the future.

Waited 1 month and still didn't receive any of the items so I requested a refund and that's when they decided to ship the items to me. The item's came but in poor quality. 1 of the items didn't even look like the image on the website and looked like a whole different item. I wouldn't buy from here again.

Long delivery times and poor quality, don`t bother, save you money.

Ordered 6 items and the order was confirmed on 10-November stating delivery in 12-15 business days. No change in the order status throughout. Contacted service 4 times with no response until I said I was going to dispute the charge. Then I received a commit to refund my money but haven’t seen the refund yet. Do not order from this company.

(edit: I got the refund but still, not recommend!)

First they waited weeks before shipping. Then after another month or more they advised me that "maybe it got lost". I asked about the non existent tracking number and each time they replied with an automated message. I asked for the refund 3 times now. Still no update. Damn that's bad.

Package never shipped, Over the course of a month I sent 5 emails and tried contacting them on facebook, no one replies to anything.

Oh my Gawd, I paid a lot of money for a shirt but the quality is so poor I don't think I could wear it.
How do they get away with this?

Starting from the fact that it doesn't appear to be a scam.
I received my item in time, with all information to track the shipment.
I purchased a winter sweater and it looks good, a bit small on the shoulder and the sleeves for me but its warm and the fabric looks nice and warm. I knew in advance what I was going to purchase and It correspond more or less to the description.

CAREFUL ON THE SIZE!!
If I will purchase in the future I will rather choose a bigger size ( I bought the sweater XL size for me which I'm 190 cm high and it look tiny small. Next time XXL!).

I ordered about 6 items, and it took almost 5 weeks to receive my order. I wasn't expecting high quality but was pleased. I did find a pair of lounge pants that were too large. I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size. There was no paperwork included with my order. I tried to contact Molilulu with no luck. I would order from them again but find it lacking in customer service.

Complete scam! My order shipped to other side of the world and I had to 'pay attention'! I don't know to what.

Do not order from there, it is complete scam

Goods arrived in decent time and order was complete but generally very bad quality. One item in particular astonishingly bad stitching and awful polyester that is almost unwearable.
