Really great facilitation from James when tasked to bring our three organisations, with very different skills sets, together. James spent time understanding what he needed to about the three teams and engaging in a way that was relatable to everyone. The training was delivered in an informative and humorous way which made it enjoyable and relatable. We have been left with action points to take our learning forward. This will really benefit our development. Thank you.

I recently had a Power Hour session with James to help with some interview coaching.
During interviews I was becoming so nervous that it was affecting my performance and with another interview imminent, I sought help from James.
We discussed how I prepare, the elements of an interview that make me the most nervous and James went over how to reframe some of the answers I give to the common questions that crop up so I didn’t sound like I was trotting out a list of buzz words from a ‘How To...’ website.
James’ support was excellent and I came away feeling much more confident with how to respond naturally and how to structure my examples.

James' communication course hit the nail on the head for me I truly believe everyone should attend this course. It incorporated my interests such as personality styles, how to adapt to suit different people and their filters. I came away having learnt things to improve the way I work and how to communicate with people outside of work.

I recently had a coaching session with James to work through my Emotional Intelligence Profile (psi) report which he conducted. Instead of going through the report line by line, James took me on a journey through questions and conversation to help me understand exactly how my profile manifests itself day to day, then where I could make changes to grow. I found the session inspiring; James made me feel completely at ease talking about situations where I’m uncomfortable, and gave me many actionable development points. James assisted me with the preparation of an important presentation and provided me with valuable insight and advice on the delivery and content. In addition, James also supported a team strategy day. When I first spoke with James I didn’t know what I wanted never mind how he could help. Over the weeks we had more one to ones it all came together.

James at Momentus recently ran a large, group session to focus on external profiling and building professional networks within social media platforms.

The session was engaging, interactive and action orientated. The feedback from the team was excellent and has already driven some valuable business opportunities.
