Really good, relaxed session, really informative, highly recommend

I'm looking forward to further sessions. Got a great deal out of it and it's really given me the opportunity to develop further as a coach.

Fantastic! Makes you really think about the detail

Excellent presentation very informative and insightful

James has helped me focus and re-build my confidence. Being made redundant and facing the unknown can be daunting - but James is a fantastic support. He quickly establishes key strengths and skills helping you play to these. Supports through the interview process with great advice from prep to actual interview. He is always on hand to help.

The old Chinese proverb say, “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
I only knew the first part of it, and so I was sure that I missed everything, my time is over and the train has gone!
But then I came across James Perryman and he made me understand two things:
1. I never missed the first best time and I actually planted a tree.
2. The second best time has just come now, and planting a tree is a manageable task.
I am now looking ahead with no fear or panic, and I am so eager to live my life to its full.

Fantastic 2 hour workshop, very interactive course, its quite amazing once you learn what your personality traits are and compare them to others , its an real eye opener, now to put it into practice at work internally and externally as well as at in my private life.

James has a really warm and inclusive style of delivering training.

The training was informative, interesting and fun to participate in.

He is adept at tailoring the delivery to the audience (using their preferred communication style) which meant there was not one person in the training event I attended that did not engage fully in the process.

I have already found myself talking to people and musing on their style. I chose to talk to a friend about a problem using the techniques James taught me and it was very effective.

I met James networking and was immediately taken by his professional but friendly demeanour.. the work shop was great.. and probably a thing we all need to do..
I am one extreme of many types of people and found his approach and the team/group session made understanding how I behave to others who are wired differently...

Value for money 11 out of 10..
...I just hope I can be as effective in applying these new realisations as James was in exposing us to the communication conundrum..

I attended James' Transforming Communications workshop today and absolutely loved it. James delivered the course in a friendly and relaxed but structured way, enabling everyone to have a voice and ask questions. The content was fascinating and insightful and I can't wait to implement it into my day to day business.
