Poor place that’s absolutely hates there community and the quality of products are cheap rubbish with a premium price tag

Absolutely terrible company/customer service. My skates arrived clearly used and were faulty, I contacted the company and explained and asked for a refund or a new pair. I was met with an extremely rude employee on the end of the phone who basically explained that it was my fault. AVOID!

Edit: 06.11.25 I've updated my review as I've seen a lot of one star reviews which I don't really understand. The service we've had from Mommas has been nothing short of brilliant. I think Trustpilot need to do some fact checking on fake reviews.

I would not recommend, staff are incompetent and rude, I would avoid unless you want verbal abuse from the staff. The skates they are selling they are cheap tat and they’ve marked up the prices by a lot, save your money and buy else where

I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from, this company has done nothing but cause me hassle from the point of purchase to today, had to file a chargeback with my bank after not receiving my order, their phone line does work but when I called them and explained my case they said they would only help me if I too was ashamed of my own heritage.

Obviously I said no I’m not a cu*k at which point they put the phone down on me, disgraceful! Not sure why it took me so long to leave a review

Thank you for my husband's nephew's excellent skates, he is made up with them and they are the envy of his mates. Lovely company to deal with, this was a birthday present and we weren't sure what to go with, but no question or request was a problem for them. Highly recommend, ignore the fake defamatory reviews

Absolutely disgusting. Terrible quality. My daughter nearly broke her neck. Asked to return for a refund and heard nothing.
