Delivery took over a week, despite a quick dispatch. They do not respond to emails to provide details on how to return the item.

Do not buy from this skate shop.

The staff are rude and have treated the customer badly from day one. The lady on the phone is very disrespectful towards customers and does not sound like they care about helping them. When my skates arrived they had a fault and I emailed for help and got ignored. Shops are supposed to want to help their customers but that was not experienced here.

Eight of my skater friends have reported similar experiences of poor
customer service with Momma Trucker Skates. Do not recommend buying from here.

I'm a ex roller derby player since moved to skating for fun. So I've changed my gear. This is a late review due to me being constantly distracted lol. I bought a pair of artistic skates. I was able to check cushion hardness with them. Got info about the material the trucks were made off and other small niggles before finally purchasing. They were patient and awesome thru out the whole process. I will need to go back to them for a few more bits when I'm less distracted. But postage was efficient and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. So thank you :) I broke my ankle badly previously so I was wary about skating again.

The bad reviews are fakes! I’ve bought from Momma Trucker a bunch over the years (speedy delivery whenever I’ve needed new bearings or a new helmet)
Never had a bad experience! Always great customer service and excellent products. They are my go to whenever I need new derby gear.

Bought a few things from here over the years as they usually have a stall at our roller derby home games. They sell the top skate brands so always the best quality equipment. Deffo recommend.

Ignore the 1 star reviews and notice how close in time they are. They are all from a FB page trying to sabotage this company based on racist views

I've bought some items from Momma Trucker Skates on a couple of occasions and have always had great service. They bought one along to an event they had a stall at to save me postage. Would very much recommend.

Ordered my skates, a little bit late but they were very nice and very good customer service, kind people, don’t know what the other people are saying about abusive language

Absolute shoddy service very abusive would stay well clear. Item arrived damaged and refused to replace.

The reply says it all! being called names and made up stories to deflect from the shoddy service I received. Hope now you know why to stay well clear of these scammers.

Fantastic company. Don’t know why all these sudden negative reviews have started, must be some personal vendetta that I don’t understand. I needed to give positive feedback as I’ve used them for years. Faultless company

This company are so rude, ordered skate came the wrong size, complete joke to get in touch with to rectify, plus they are traitors to the country removing flags in and around Exeter
