It was my first time ever needing a solicitor for anything, and I was totally clueless before reaching out to Monaco Solicitors. However, Sarah made the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Her knowledge and ability to communicate clearly what my position was and what was needed to move forward, was excellent. I felt supported and well informed from the beginning. She was fabulous to work with and I would highly recommend.

Sasha-Lee Van Wyk was in charge of my case and she's an exemplary example of how a solicitor should be. Professional, helpful, considerate and genuinely cares. I honestly cannot recommend monaco solicitors enough, especially Daniel. He was understanding, always answered my questions (and there were many!) and was always very thoughtful with replies but also straight forward. Monaco has helped me so much, and if you too are looking for help then I would 100% recommend them, I have truly nothing bad to say!

I was working with Paul Young for an unfair dismissal case. When I reached out, I was quite anxious and was not sure if I had a case or should I take the offered settlement instead. Paul took the time to explain everything which helped me make an informed decision. The process took ~3 months and thoughout it Paul was always available, calm and top of it. While also bringing visibility into the process and guiding me through it.
Would definitely recommended anyone to reach out to them and get a consult should a situation arises.

I really think that you are made to feel heard and valued by Monaco. The calibre of the law professionals is definitely head and shoulders above others as seen in communications with other parties. I love the AI chatbot, it is super easy and efficient. Helen especially was wonderful and made the whole process so easy for me, it took a huge weight off my shoulders.

My key advice is 'evidence' - keep as much of it as possible. Keep a timeline and document everything. I was able to share all of this with Helen and she was able to work directly with my former employer and negotiate an uplift of my initial redundancy offer from 4 months to 12 months pay - I am ecstatic. Sarah O’Brien was fantastic support during what was, for me, the first time being made redundant in the UK. I did receive a reminder from Monaco Solicitors about the tribunal time limit, but beyond that I felt very unsupported. As soon as my employer refused to engage with their email, the communication from Monaco effectively stopped. There was no follow‑up, no guidance, and no effort to advise me on what to do next. I am dealing with significant health issues and reached out because I needed proper support, but instead I was left feeling abandoned at a very stressful time. Overall, I feel let down by the level of service I received.
