Done everything right.
Only given 5 stars because, so far, they've been perfect:-
- Quick helpful answers to queries
- Good quotes for insurance which I've been very happy with. Not actually had to claim, which is the real test, but the service has been excellent.
- No fuss, no difficult forms to catch you out.
It's got to be 5/5 hasn't it.

Bought a policy to cover the excess charges etc for car hire on a recent trip to Canada and I’m pleased to say we had no problems when it was shown to the car hire company there, if we had to buy their own insurance it would have cost us a great deal more. We didn’t have to make a claim thankfully so I cannot comment on how that would have been handled.

'Simply' great. Just inputing the obvious basic information produces a long list of choices that are hugely cheaper than the car hire companies. It would be useful to be able to select the best choice based on their 'customer reviews' on dealing with claims rather than just price.
