I thought I could buy it once and…
I thought I could buy it once and update to the newest version every other year. NOPE. They cut off the online access for previous versions. Same as Quicken. BYE BYE MONEYSPIRE. If I have to upgrade every time you get a newer version, I will go back to quicken.
Plus on my 2023 version, I am now getting an upgrade now banner that will not go away
Moneyspire lost my transactions.
Suddenly a few weeks ago, our account lost all of it's transactions for me except for the most recent two months and lost ALL of my husband's checking account and saving's account transactions. As customer support tried to help me, the problems grew and grew. Soon I could no longer save anything because it said I didn't have permission to "write", only save. Yet when I checked the file, it said I did have permission to read AND write. The more I followed instructions, the worse the problems grew and I feared that Moneyspire had contaminated my computer so I deleted it and told customer service. They never replied to my last email and never offered a refund.
I renewed my Moneyspire account as I…
I renewed my Moneyspire account as I believe the app is easy to use and reasonably priced. However, their support is non existant. As I'm unable to access the cloud service nor the banking connect function even though I purchased a valid license. Four emails later, NO response from support (which is only by email)
