Never again

Ordered and received confirmation, no dispatch or tracking correspondence so call the morning I am due to get my order to be told out for delivery. Great!.... butthen order arrives with half miisnig, why was I not told on previous call? Then call up to be told item been discontinued in that colour but have in another so will send that. Then 3 hours later get email advising that too has been discontinued and they are refunding.... Never ever again, Complete waste of time, no idea what they are doing.

Disappointed - we will not be using them again

We've used them a few times before for various stationery items and not had a problem.

This time (June 2015) they only delivered part of the order then went on to insist that the weight was checked going out of the warehouse. When we re-iterated that we have definitely not received all of the ordered goods they said they would go back and check and come back to us - we heard nothing for weeks and eventually decided to call them again.

They said there was nothing they could do.
We will take our business elsewhere.

Great prices and prompt delivery

Haven't used this company before but was tempted by their very competitive prices on office supplies so decided to give them a try. I found exceptional value (although you need to search for the best deals as some prices are far higher than others and the sort by price low to high feature did not work as expected).

Delivery was quick and everything was just as I had ordered.

However, I did find the website a bit flakey in operation with some features not working quite as expected but I have no way of knowing if this is down to the website or some technical glitches on my network connection or browser settings so am giving them the benefit of the doubt on this point.

I wish I saw these reviews first! Worst experience with an online company.

I ordered a large amount of books nearly a month ago.. from the moment I ordered I received no notification on email. I chased them a week later to find out "oh dear we don't have the colour you needed" - no communication. that as a lady called Debbie

They then sent me the incorrect order a week later, and to my home address instead of my work as I asked. When I tried to do a return, I was given a run around, .. then they sent out the correct goods a week later to my work address, not the home address where they send the first wrong goods to!! unreal. Spoke to Julia or Becky, a Craig as well.. and a Stella. Between 5 people, this has been botched up badly. Nice one.

i'm on leave for a month.. so I wont be at work and this was communicated.. but they still got it wrong. so Now I need to two collections, and one correct delivery to my home.
I chased them again this morning, after I was supposed to get a collection on Monday, just to be told, They wont send out your new order until UPS collects the faulty one. No updates, no email, no tracking ... NOTHING. You have to keep chasing them. and then they question you all over again on the same damn thing. They are like headless chickens and no one knows what's going on..

Unless you pay for a new order, you cant have the correct item sent to you next day so you have to wait for a collection which has take them nearly a week to do on their end, and finally scheduling it after I had to force them to get it done....
I've spoken with the 5th person today. She questioned why I was chasing her when she said she would get back to me.. I spoke with her around 11am this morning just to find a simple answer (is UPS still coming out to both sites for collections? ) and by 3pm heard nothing back.. hearing back from her should have been a priority for her.. yet by 3pm i heard nothing.. You're at their mercy and there is a massive lack of communication and poor planning. Its the worst customer service ever.

I'm pregnant, and this is causing me un needed stress!!! This is very unreliable service for something which should be really simple..
Its been a nightmare, and I wont use them again after all of this they put me through.

LIARS & RUDE...

I put an order through on 23rd July expecting next day delivery....almost 2 weeks later I have still not received anything! The girl in customer services was very rude about it when I called....

Three false promises
- Next day delivery on the item page of their website
- Customer service agent advised it would be delivered the following Monday
- a second customer service agent then promised it would be delivered the following Friday after not receiving it on the Monday and still haven't received anything

I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

UnProfessional & Useless

I ordered goods & was Informed that they were in stock & would arrive in a couple of days. After a few days i chased the order up to be informed that the goods weren't in stock & would take another few days.

I followed it up again a couple of days later & the goods still weren't in Stock, so had my order cancelled a week later.

Use them at your own peril but personally don't trust anyone that lies

Monkey Office deserves top marks.

I used Monkey Business for the first time yesterday (23 August) with some trepidation as I had never heard of them before. The items I ordered yesterday arrived in good order by lunchtime today. Can't recommend them highly enough. Marvellous.
