Great coffee and great customer service from the online shop
Top notch service from their online shop and high quality organic espresso coffee benas for my home machine. I used to buy Illy but switched to Monmouth because they have an organic product. They recently had a mixup with a recall and were very thorough and customer focussed.

Exceptional service and Coffee
Have been going here for my coffee for over 4 years and I'm never disappointed. The shopping experience is phenomenal. Staff are kind and knowledgeable and the coffee is well priced.
Its the same for online too. Lifesaver during lockdown!

I've been drinking monmouth coffee for 24 years and not about to stop any time soon.
Their filter coffee is particularly great, they'll make you samples so you can experiment and find what you like and know what you're buying. I haven't found another coffee shop that does that. And their coffees are consistently great.

I love coffee and good, professional coffee shops are always hard to come by.
The moment I stepped in and was struck by the smell I knew it was the place for me.
The service is professional and really understands their work, the ingredients are of high quality and the experience is enjoyable.
Best coffee place in town.

Admittedly I know nothing about coffee
I have a coffee loving uncle who I bought a machine for and wanted some ground coffee to go with it - but I've never drunk coffee or bought it before now.
I went here as the prices online appeared reasonable and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I received at the Covent Garden store. He asked questions about the person - how they drink their coffee, what do they drink now etc. and gave recommendations. I had someone with me and forced them to drink samples and each selection to me smelled lovely and to her tasted just as good. Came away with some great coffee that went down tremendously well.
When I approached the shop there was a queue out the door, which filled me with dread, but it moved quickly.The store is tiny if you did want to sit in, but the smells are intoxicating.
If I drank coffee I'd be there every week!
